Trying to report a broken street light and the map doesn't seem to work and the council don't like answering their phones typical only care about the money we pay them not any work

it takes some understanding, persevere, no chance of knowing whether the complaint has actually reached the council. Photos can only be sent from library on phone you used to take them. its the only way apart from using post or phone. email is not available as Thanet district Council haven't corrected the upload of their site.

App doesn't allow me to report a issue... I have had to resort a problem with my aim collection every week (except 2 weeks) since living in my house (over 8 months)

Useless

This customer support App was advertised on the councils web support page as "...why be left hanging on the phone...", well the answer is that nobody appears to be available to answer your concerns submitted via the MyThanet App. Clearly better to call and speak to a human-being than be left hanging in cyberspace...
