SmartHub for Android
It's okay.....BUT I have two providers that use smarthub, so signing in to both with my fingerprint is not possible because I cannot switch between the two without signing out of the one. Once signed out you must sign in with email and password. Fix that problem and I'll tests you 5 stars.

Finger print sign will not work. No option. It's set up in settings and has scanned, but won't ask for it at log in.
Piece of garbage, won't let me log in can't find my utility provider. App has many bugs which direct you to the website which is of less help other than to contact them by email.

It's great when it was working. Can't log in now so it is a waste of time. Apparently the developer never check the comments. It's been going on for a while.
Loved it when it worked. Then stopped letting me log in because of privacy errors. Finally uninstalled it and am now reinstalling it. So I'll see if it works now.
I never rate anything 5 star, there is always room for improvement. But I had no problem installing, downloading, understanding or working with the app. Thanks ..

I can't log in. The app continuously circles stating that its "logging in". If my electricity gets such off tomorrow because I can't make a payment I'm going to be pissed. I even tried logging into the website on my desktop and it says that my account is invalid.
Can I undo the last update? The so called sub usage feature is now giving me incorrect and / or phony readings. Example: I can no longer see my security light turn on / off. It is a 13 Watt lamp that I could tell definitely it's on / off times. Instead all I see is an arbitrary 10 Watt display all day and night. BTW,this building is temporarily vacant and uses a minimal amount of power.
Tried to look at how much I had on my prepaid power account today and it had logged me out, I tried putting in my password and it said I put the wrong one in. Then I tried to use forgot my password; after I put my information in to retrieve my password it said I put it in incorrectly, but I have my account number written on a card and I only use one email address and it said I have the wrong email or account number this is BS I need to know what I have left on my power

Have used this app for a few years and have always liked it... Now I can NOT log in...says all of my info is invalid when it's ALL CORRECT. ..Hope this is fixed SOON ! I can't pay my bill with it like this !!!
works fine for a month or so. then it forgets password and keeps having an error message so have to reinstall it again.
I loved it before this stupid update. Fix it! So inconvenient to have to call customer service just to check your balance and/or pay.
Can't login at all anymore. Says all info is invalid. Can't resign up because the account number it claims it doesn't recognize is already in use. Can't retrieve account info because it says it doesn't exist. Each link contradicts the other. Terrible!
Am I missing something, or does this app do something other than what I can get from mobile site?

I would give the app zero stars buy that's not an option. It won't allow me to sign in. Customer service gave me a temporary password, that never worked. I can't log in to the app to pay my bill, which I can't see because I can't log in to the app. This app is absolutely horrible.
