Outage maps do not load. Error reporting an outage from the app. No status updates on outages. Needs a TON of work to become effective.

I dont know about some of the other reviews but on my verizon LG G5 running latest firmware it works Great. Sawnee keeps you informed very well about any situations in their service that they have been made aware of. Bill pay, charts etc. work very well. As often as Google tweaks or changes Flavors of android; If there is an issue with the app i feel they do a good job at working on it and patching it in a timely manner. Thank you much.

Usage randomly works. Infact never workef.

I tried to get in, it gave me a SmartHub that says there isn't a Sawnee Power. WTH?!

This app has never worked. I created a log in. Now every time I go to log in it gives me an error message "records do not match what we have on file" Try to reset my password or username and I get the same message.

Updated my rating back to 5 stars because they fixed the issue with daily usage not downloading. Thanks for fixing the best feature of the app. Daily, I check my consumption in order to track and minimize my usage.

Can't do anything

App hasn't worked properly for several months. Can't view usage, only the temperature on the graph. No historical usage available either. But no issues making payment. Easy to understand the company's priority with this app.

Only thing i can do is make a payment ,Well ,was fine till 2 weeks ago ,now I can't load my daily usage ,need some work ,I contact them to ask about it ,they said was fine was my equipment

Watt usage is never up to date. Just overall could use some touching up.

When trying to see billing alerts it keeps giving error undefined. Also will not load the useage graphs. I'm using a Galaxy note 5 on Verizon network.

This app the the same as Smart Hub and gas the same issues. Swanee EMC / Smart Hub development, please figure out how to make daily and hourly statistics work reliability.

It doesn't show any usage data on android device when u login. You have to keep on playing with the app until it shows u the data with no hourly details. This app doesnt work with my apple device as well. Plz sawnee fix the bugs in the app.

Love seeing yesterdays usage. Would love to see a feature thay allows you to enter "notes of usage" that link to usage graphs times. Ex..4-7pm laundry.....3pm kids on tv+xbox. Then, i could see what is causing spikes.
