The app is so frustrating to use and is about 60Mb. Makes me use their service less due to poor app.

It's useful for extending a car rental. But it's a little slow to load up and it doesn't show you the availability schedule like the full desktop website version does so I don't use it for booking cars.

Not a very reactive app. It is a 50MB download. Needs to be optimized for performance. My gut feeling is the images are slowing down the app.

User location doesn't work. Have to close and open it repeatedly because it loses the internet connection.

Cars do not update availability despite patch. Very frustrating.

Thanks for fixing the slow scroll issue. Please implement timelines like the main website so we can see all vehicles at a glance in our area. Typically I'm flexible with my booking and putting an arbitrary time + duration in isn't the best method to find a vehicle.

It's actually not as bad as others commented. The app can be slow at times but overall, I have no problem with booking through the app.

User location is not working, it's slow, features are basic, no much options, and under-developed.

This app is useless, it is slow, freezes and its navigation is confusing to say the least. The naming of the main section labels make absolute no sense. Use the desktop interface which is intuitive and easy to use.

The app is slow and clunky, the desktop app is far better.

Takes a very long time to log me in, if it logs me in at all.

The app looks nice, but is pretty well useless for booking trips in advance. It keeps resetting the start time to today, when I want to book for next week. Will uninstall until it improves. The desktop mobile site is way better!

Love the coop. I was really happy to see 15 min increments. What i'd like to see next is for the ap to be more responsive to my data connection. I always have to restart if i turn data off and on, or start the ap without connectivity.

So annoying! I return a car early. I want to end my booking and get stuck on 'logging you back in' . so frustrating. Problem occurred with wifi and mobile data.

Setting location to "high accuracy" fixes the problem, but I have it disabled because it is so inaccurate.

When app starts, it zooms to Metro Vancouver. When I click the red location symbol in the upper right corner, my favorite locations appear, but the app freezes. I had to switch to the web app. :-(

Better than the website, and improving all the time - keep it up!

I can book in 30 seconds using the website what takes three times as long using the app. App doesn't show you alternative cars available or my saved locations. Some of us don't like to turn location on and the app just doesn't allow for that.

Would select start date, then would select end date, but for some reason that would change the start date... So would fix the start date, but then that would change the end date. Now repeat. Only fix was to incrementally change the times to be closer to eventually be then same date and it stopped doing it. Very frustrating.

The apparently hangs on loading right after logging in. I saw comments that it was fixed in November 2015 release, but not for Edge phones. Please fix

Much better than it was on first release. Still needs some work, but it's miles ahead of the terrible website.

Glad to see the app now up and working after the bug fix. A definite improvement over the mobile version of the website for finding cars that are available nearby right now, but I do find it a bit cumbersome to book a specific vehicle for a later time (say if I wanted to book a pickup truck for Sunday afternoon ... ). Thanks for developing this.

Doesn't go beyond loading message. Issue is fixed after the last update.

It's a start, but its very laggy and hard to work with. Still needs a lot of work. Frankly, just use the browser because its still much easier.

Was really looking forward to it. Won't load after login. Please fix. Still won't load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Have tried at different times of the day, still won't load.

Just hangs on the loading screen.

Im not having any issues... seems to work fine . its a little boring looking but i thought it was nice and simple. Its not missing anything.

Yep, it feels like there was almost no effort put into this. The menus lag and design seems like a port of the iOS app. It's disappointing that they didn't even bother going through Google's material design guidelines.

Installed fine to my device and no problems getting it going. Looking forward to using it on the go.
