Da oggi anche a Floridia è attivo il canale per comunicare ai cittadini con semplicità, in modo rapido, non invasivo, efficace, dalle notizie fino alle comunicazioni importanti via notifica “push”.
Nasce l'applicazione Comunale che garantisce un canale diretto sempre a disposizione.

Il Comune di Floridia e la sua amministrazione ha creato una applicazione gratuita aperta ai cittadini:
un facile punto di accesso per comunicazioni ed eventi in modo da fornire informazioni
utili ed efficaci su quello che accade sul proprio territorio, a disposizione della collettività.
L'applicazione consente di ricevere informazioni su:
- News ed Eventi: Comunica notizie ed eventi, in automatico dal sito comunale
- Notifiche “push”: Per comunicazioni importanti o emergenze, la potenza degli avvisi “push” direttamente sul telefonino dei cittadini

Si tratta di un'iniziativa che aderisce agli standard europei dell'Agenda Digitale, un passo in avanti per l’ammodernamento e l’adesione ad un nuovo modo di intendere la pubblica amministrazione, e la città, sempre più Digitalizzata, sempre più "Smart", sempre più vicina alle esigenze dei cittadini.
