Waste of time...seriously dont waste your time on this.i had an issue of login and had mail thm for which i got the reply immediately but after that no reply...waited for a week to let the problem sort out but still no reply from thm and thr is no other option to contact thm other thn email which is so irritating.If they neglect to solve the customer first step problem how will they build the customer relation further.Thank god i didnt register.goodbye coutloot ..you can count your molahs yourself

Looted so many products!

Its being 13 days since I ordered a product. There are no signs of delivery progress. No mails, no order tracking details and no place where i can contact them. I sent a query but no one replies. I found a phone number but that is always out to network. Really disappointed. Thought it to be a good app.. Also recommended to my friends but this is how i got my reply. Not gonna order anything again.

I have obtained a coupon code. An when I entered it , it shows invalid code. I have solid proof that startups are using coupons as a way to sell their apps. Really shameful act.

Wonderful app. Probably the best app available for both buying n selling preloved fashion. Extremely supportive and communicative customer care, they always reply on time n work really hard to satisfy there users. Keep the good work. A must try.

I have returned a product of order id 4000. Its been 3 weeks and i have not got my refund yet. I have mailed them 2-3 times for my refund and every time they assured me that the refund will be processed to my account within 48 hours or the end of that particular day. But till now i have not got a single penny. This is the most worst app i have seen till date.

I don't like any of the product and didn't find worth product any cheap product cost is 500 not good quality also

Its been a month i putted one add but no one came to take my dress.. As they told me that they will take within 1 hour..

This site sucks. The cloths look like, as if its picked up from the streets. In fact the cloths u see on the roads looks much better.

When I first came across this app I was on the moon as I've finally found a platform where I can sell products that I don't use often. Hate to say it, it's been more than 5 months since I've placed 2 orders. Out of those 5 products, I've only received 3 and guess what they didn't refund me the amount of the other 2. WORST EXPERIENCE. Don't go through the pain of downloading the app.

I understand you guys are still developing this business - the app could really use more filters and categories. Right now it's very taxing to scroll through it all. Neither is there a feedback tab for the app except for writing here, nor is there an open search option available.

I don't like the quality of the creative's used in the app. And moreover, the products are not upto the mark and are priced so high. I wonder who will buy that rough stuff. Instead I would prefer visiting to a good branded store.

I ordered a product and it's been 8 days so far.. but no delivery.. :/ there's no link to contact anyone too.. how can I track the product.. now I'm not sure if this is a genuine app or not.. I just want to know when will the product deliver ???!!

Earlier the app was entirely focusing on female thrifting but now that the men's section has started shopping is crazy fun. Delivery time and their service is superb, a must try boys!
