Decision Board 2

One of the success factors for a company is how decisions are taken and implemented in the organization.
Decision board is a tool to secure alignment and commitment from all decision approvers and secure that everybody is involved in the decision process by making a clear statement.

The process is simple, when a decision is formulated everybody is asked to make a clear statement about the decision;

This is done by showing one of three cards;

Green card - I agree and will support/implement this decision
Yellow - I agree but I have a better phrasing of the decision (to make it more clear, the person showing yellow card should give his/hers suggestion to strengthen up the decision phrasing)
Red - I do not support this decision

When every yellow card have been adressed and the decision is rephrased, everybody is asked to make a new startement. Final goal is that all involved should show a green card to secure a concistent implementation.
