Alignment and support from decision approvers is essential to successful secure and implement a decision.

This tool is used, in the meeting, to get alignment and commitment from everybody involved in the decision process by making a clear statement.

This is done by showing one of three cards;

Green - I agree and will support this decision
Yellow - I agree but have a better phrasing of the decision
Red - I do not support this decision
