ترقيع الصلاة في المذهب المالكي

يُطلَق على أحكام السّهو في الصّلاة عند المالكيّة وما يُغتَفر منه ويُعفى عنه وما يُوجب السّجود، سواء كان السّهو قبل السّلام أو بعده، وسواء كان السّهو في الصّلاة أدّى إلى الزّيادة أو النّقصان أو كان على شكل شكّ في القول أو شكّ في العمل، أو سهو في هيئة الصّلاة أو أحد نوافلها، فهذه الأحكام جميعها المُتعلّقة بالسّهو في الصّلاة يُطلِق عليها المالكيّة مُصطلح ترقيع الصّلاة.
