لقد حدد الشرع مواقيت للصلاة بدخول وقتها وخروجه فالذي يصلي الصلاة قبل وقتها لا يختلف عمن يصليها خارج وقتها فكل منهم صلاها خارج وقتها والذي عليه القول الراجح بأنه لا قضاء لمن ترك الصلاة عمداً حتى خرج وقتها ، وعليه فمن لم يأخذ بالأسباب للقيام ليصحو على صلاة الفجر ويصليها على وقتها كأن يطيل السهر ليلاً دون عذر شرعي لمرض ألّم به ، أو طالب علم أو حارس ليلي فهذا ممن لا يعذر بخروج الصلاة عن وقتها فإن خرجت فإنه لا قضاء لصلاته .
