If you don't create an account, you can't track the reports you've submitted. I'd like to know if anything is actually being done by the city of SJ to penalize the water wasters.

After i choose a picture, it doesn't show that picture when it seems like it should. Also, setting a new location doesn't update the map on the Submit Case screen.

App would not start on my Dell Streak 5 cell. However, after 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to "signup" I was able to "signin" with my Samsung 10.5 S tablet. Will update after I actually use it
