Whether the issue is graffiti, a pothole or a request for information, you can be part of the solution by being City Hall’s eyes in the community. Identifying and reporting the issues you come across in your day helps make City Hall aware of important issues and helps them to be responsive to the needs of the community.

This is a useful app for submitting issues to Mountain View, but I'd like to see some improvements: 1. The app should store your username and password. The app doesn't persist this, so every time you have to close the app, it's lost. The next time you open it, you have to find your username and password and type them in. This is a problem because it's an infrequently-used app for me, and so I end up having to search my email every time I want to submit an issue. 2. The app should store pictures taken on the device. I took a picture with an issue I submitted, and found out later on, when I wanted to retrieve it from my device, that it wasn't there. I could get it later on via the web site, but it should still be on the device. There are other minor issues, but these are the big ones for me.

This app is really too unfinished to be useful. Sure it may do the minimum necessary, but it's not something I care to keep on my phone.
