Wont opperate with Samsung Gallaxy note 3 unless it happens to feel like it UPDATE ---- IF YOU HAVE YOUR MOBILE DATA TURNED ON YOUR SAMSUNG GALAXY YOU CANT VIEW THE BLACKVUE AS THE PHONE GETS CONFUSED OVER TOO MANY CONNECTIONS.

I have the dr550, but the app firmware for this model is only in hangul. Contacted the service guys, but no anwser. Cant say much else until i get the system working. Will update once i get it working. UPDATE*** it has been over a year, and still have not heard from anyone in regards to what i said.. i have dropped the star rating.... i dont suggest this product unles u are fluent in hangul.

I have the Dr400g-hd ii but its no longer a selectable Model in the Android app! I'm using a 2012 Samsung Note 2 on KitKat 4.4 and has never been rooted!

I'd love to be able to use this app with my cam but after paying nearly AUD$500 for a Blackvue it has died! Not even a month old too. Still waiting on a refund!

Wifi connection problem, I have to disabled my phone's data or it will not connect. The time is incorrect even after I selected my time zone. Also need to include the manual adjust time function.

Loads of features, easy to use.

Cannot change the wifi settings. Device wifi is always on even after changing settings and rebooting DR650GW 2CH.

The wifi camera took minutes to start. I gave up on blackvue after it failed to record an accident.

CRASH CRASH CRASH. USED to work great. Spend $600 with a company a year ago, don't have the cloud compatible unit, now don't want to know me ????

I am using the 650GW2CH and have no interest in paying to use the cloud when my vehicle is within range of an open wifi access point. This app nags me to upgrade to the cloud version (not happening. ever). Additionally, the firmware update option doesn't take into account that I am using the Legacy version and only want Legacy supported firmware. Fix that please and turn off the version nagging.

Its a good app only thing the support for dr550 is not so good..start of app says upgrade to blackvue with cloud support..but cloud supported app cant change any setting or configuration..pls fix app.thank you

I have been using the default password for ages without a problem.. suddenly is not taking it it says loading and then says password doesn't match. Reseted password on a desktop and now even the new password works so cannot access to my 650 2ch WiFi (no cloud) from my Android device.. please resolve!!

Aking for way more permission than you need. Paying a high price for your product and then being forced to share everything? I already don't like you and I havent even tested the product yet.

Very poor. Opens and then just freezes. Won't find cameras right outside the window, installed app again and still crashes at main menu. Uninstalled again. Won't be reinstalling until it's fixed. Quick enough to charge big bucks for a camera. We bought about 9 of them. But not interested in keeping the software up to date. Shocking

I've dropped the sensitivity to 20 and even then it records everything continuously in parking mode. I'd like the camera to record only when someone comes close, cars come close and someone hits the car. Is this malfunctioned sensitivity setting the known issue with the camera? Can it be fixed with firmware update to correct the sensitivity? Thanks

unable to use Wi-Fi to connect to my camera as the password no longer being accepted. the default password don't work too and there's no other way rest it

Installed the app and tried to pair the wifi, kept coming back saying the password failed. I checked 3 times and password was correct. Cant use the app, what now?

Why does this app need to, for example, make phonecalls? Sounds a bit iffy to me.

Can't access camera via the app as it keeps saying password is incorrect, despite being the password that I set and was working with previously!! Please fix the issue!!

Difficulty with the software. Numerous issues.

After upgrade to huawei nexus 6p, the app wont play the videos on the phone. Wtf.

Upgraded firmware to v2 and now I can't connect to the camera WTF

After upgrading the app, not able to connect DR500GW-HD on my Note 4. Solution: Disable smart selection between wifi and 4G network, it work after that.

Can change setting and see live view but can't play back video with wifi and when downloading program crashes and goes back to icons on phone. Will change when fixed.

There's a glitch in the app using my Samsung 5. Not functioning, not happy!

Wish I could give no stars. When select Blackvue app WiFi, app briefly display "Please wait a moment: then drops back to Main Menu. Note 3 Android 5.0. And yes, I have Smart Network Switch OFF. Same thing with Galaxy S4 on Android 4.4.2 and iPhone 5C with IOS 9.0. This app simply has problems.

I cannot make it connect with Wi-Fi on my 650 2 channel unit, Wi-Fi is enabled, pittasoft does not answer any of the email requests, I have a Samsung note edge, cannot tell if this app is older version or new, is there any others out there that can be used?
