I only wished this was available 15 years ago. I would spend 2-3 hours a day filling overtime slots. I love the fire and forget advantages of this.

It's ok. I think it'd be nice if we could set custom alert sounds (using our own mp3s).

Its not bad and functional. However, the "Callback Ranking" feature is no longer there. I would like to see it back to view my hours.
