Worst return policy with best designs. Please make your return policy as good as flipkart's. They pick up the product from your place within two days of request & refund the money to bank account same day.

It's not at all user friendly especially when it's about things like returning the product! They lack the ability to give proper instructions.. Although I must agree that the clothes are amazing

I'm happy bcoz you apply COD. But not happy bcoz I order some clothes. But I don't understand you said 7 working days. But it's already 9days. I need that item

It's is the worst shopping site to purchase clothing,first of all the size charts are not accurate, fabric description is not perfect, there delivery is awful and returning procedure is pathetic!!! Thinks 10.times before shopping from this site.Just don't go with cloth patterns or designs

Its been more than 10 days and i m unable to track my order...the only thing i have is a email receipt. The support team is also not able to answer. No track no record no refunding of money options available

The size chart for leggings and jeans is not accurate. Other than that, it's perfect

The clothes are fabulous but the delivery system sucks. First of all my order gets delivered at a wrong place and it is stuck there for 6 days now. I have been calling the delivery agent for 3 days in a row. They are not able to help either. I have already paid for my product. I am in a fix now. Plus there is no Helpline number on the website. I am in a fix now and I pledge never to buy from Shein again.

Pathetic app..... nothing works properly, no COD available for the delivery departments fault...placed query many times but no revert. Card not accepted, always error, when asked the customer service representative got an answer dat I sufficient amount viz redicouls.....not worth..

The money got deducted from my account and the app shows "Waiting for payment". Irresponsible. Kindly look into this. Suggestion: Always go for COD and never pay it online.

Favorite store!! Finally a store with things that fit me!! Only thing that bugs me is the save list it sends you all the way back to the top of it after looking at an item in it. PLEASE FIX!

The collection is good and affordable, however, returning the items is a terrible experience. The new update is very very irritating. The support link won't work. The 'send' button on live chat won't work of the window is kept open for long. When you press back and try again,a new chat session opens and the earlier session is lost, so you've to have the same conversation all over again. It's crazy.

Irresponsible service ( in India ), they simply show as delivered, but u never get parcel. Customer support will reply irresponsibly too. Behaving like a fake company
