ZyXEL Drive

Apps work but still buggy. Tried to play a couple of videos and no sound. Takes a while to download or stream. The only way to watch the video is download it. App doesn't have the ability to download when off screen or background.

I don't get it. I thought this app promised to connect to my NAS through the mobile network. All it seems to offer is a cloud account (which I don't want) and options to upload and download to/from the cloud. Not what I expected. Oon iris, z cloud does not seem to offer the ability to connect to my NAS through the mobile network. Only wifi.

Works only after install (of Zyxel Drive), but if you make any changes to the files or folders on the NAS (326) you only get errors reading the drive. This app is useless.

I'm getting "Connection Error. (205)" error message once i'm trying to open any folder. I'm using zyxel nas520 model with V5.21(AASZ.0) firmware version. Application is connecting to my nas but when i'm trying to open any folder i'm getting the above error message. Thanks, Dani

I can't connect to my NAS520, always have the disconnect status, any solution?

Quite simply does not work. As with many networking devices you need a degree to understand the instructions. No help from help files when it doesn't work. Cannot locate NAS and doesn't recognise Mac address and serial no.

Hello ZyXel, this app is not working. I install myzyxelcloud-Agent on my NAS, i make the pairing setup, i make the port fw. I install this app but didn't see any NAS. Any ideas?

Does not work. I keep getting looped in an infinite login cycle. Login drive login cloud login drive login cloud and on and on

NAS still available on the martket, but it looks zyxel policy is to support ONLY newest products. Shame.

After successful connection to my NAS, when I try to connect to shared folders this message pops up. Can't use this app.

We users, should be able to upload magnet link and torrent files for the NAS to download them.

Useless. Can see my NAS but downloading any content from it ends with file size 0 on my mobile device, not mentioning that configuration options for app are also near ZERO

Not a fan of having to have a myZyxelCloud account in order for this app to work. Uninstalled.
