They picked me up in a brand new BMW. That's pretty cool. Magnolia Bakery gift certificates in the back seat, what?

Open the app 2 times and set up an account to get to the airport. I was charged 30$ each time both times setting off a fraud alert on my card and freezing my account. They didnt even have any cars available to pick me up. Deleted the app right away.

I use Whisk anytime I am going to or from the Airport. I wouldn't fly back into NYC without first scheduling a Whisk.

My employer uses 2 car companies that are on Whisk. It works great -- like Uber except official so I get reimbursed. Plus can make reservations. BTW one company has more cars than the other. And availability is determined by the car company...which may be why some people don't see that many cars while others (like me) find it works great

My last 8 tries and not one car. I even go for the que and still nothing. The one thing that is consistent is the text notifying me that there is no cars available. WHAT HAPPENED IT START OUT GREAT AND AFTER ONE MONTH OF GOOD SERVICE, NOTHING!

If you find someone offering a 5 dollors coupon tp download this app. Dont dont dont do it. This people are the worst charge you almost double. Of the regular price. A least here in nyc.. It just like a scam..

I just got picked up from the airport on the busiest travel day of the year (day before Thanksgiving). The weather was horrible. While I was still on the plane I checked the app to see that my driver was already waiting for me in a Black Honda Odyssey and was only one tap away from me contacting him. (I was happy to be picked up in a vehicle that I know has one of the highest safety rating because the roads on 95 were slippery.) I walked outside of the airport, contacted the driver and then watched as the driver approached to pick me up. Simple as pumpkin pie.

This was great. Think Uber but with superior customer service. There I was expecting a Prius or similar to pick me up from JFK when I see a BMW stroll in front of me. While cursing the luck of the fortuitous soul who would be riding such a majestic stallion, my phone vibrated to delightfully notify me that the noble steed graciously sitting in front of me was all mine. Apart from the car, the drivers are extremely professional. The app itself is easy to use, looks nice and works well, better than Uber I say

Worked without a hitch on a snowy Saturday night in NYC - plenty of cars were available on the app. After clicking "ride now" a Mercedes SUV arrived within a few minutes. The fare was very reasonable, around the same as what a yellow cab would have cost. Never taking a yellow cab again.

Simple and it works. Noticed doesn't always have cars if I'm on the UES. But I alwaye get rides taking it home from midtown. Even during the cab change shift.

After the weird landscape slideshow, if you try to do a test run (option on the bottom) the app simply crashes.

Never shows anything available! You have better luck with a street hail in the rain than with this app in Manhattan. Eats your battery up also. Sad, I expect the 5star reviews are plants..... My experience with the app is about the same as other 1stars.

Love this service. User friendly interface and reasonable, cab-like prices. Pressed the button while I was finishing an email and walked out the door to a waiting car. Don't plan to hail a cab again. Everything should be this easy.

User experience is very nice. Took a few rides during their beta promotion and it worked great. Prices were indeed taxi comparable. Availability is limited during off promotion times. Full disclosure, I also work for the company.

Just downloaded, after setting up account, my GPS will not turn off, draining my battery. The app is frozen on a half black screen, right after it showed my ZERO CABS in Manhattan.

I was just in NYC on a business trip and found out about this app from one of their business guys. It's hard to find a cab in UWS Manhattan, so I figured I'd try it. It was really really smooth. Simple signup, check the simple display of nearby cars, and if there is one nearby just tap Ride Now. You can see the driver approaching on the map and even see their photo and car make/model before they get there. All payment, including tip, is through the app so no cash involved. The app is well worth getting, but the problem is they don't have a lot of drivers online yet. So it was hard to find a time when there were actual drivers nearby. I assume they're going to ramp up on that since this app is very new. They're in beta right now and have lots of promotions like free rides at certain times of day. I will say that the app itself is probably better than Uber's, everything's way more transparent. Obviously the car supply is not at Uber's level yet... at least compared to Uber San Francisco.

I took a couple of rides yesterdays, and the app worked great! I got drivers right away, and I could see them approaching, so I could relax with my ride on the way. I loved being able to wait inside, and not have to wander around in the cold hoping for a cab. Plus for one ride I was not on a street where taxis cruise, so I would have had to hike a couple blocks to get a cab, but Zypsee came to me! I could see when the driver arrived right on my phone, so I knew when to look for him outside. Both drivers
