Worst service, I booked 4 days in advance for 5:30 AM pickup and got confirmation of same but around 1 AM I received call that it's been cancelled as driver is not available, caused lot of trouble and delay due to it.

Driver is very rash and miss behave... Though he knows the route, he unnecessarily drives in wrong directions to increase bill amount... Worst experience...

I am writing this review while waiting for the cab that was to arrive at 04:00 AM and it's 04:45 AM now. The driver doesn't picks up the call and even when he does on 25th call, is very rude. The customer care is lousy with a standard reply if I am sorry, mam. And we understand. Even the first time joinee discount I didn't get. The ride is not yet complete let's see what all other amazing surprises are waiting ahead. Is there a way I can give negative stars?

Zyppys really sucks will never use this again

This is my first impression of the app. I have got to know about the app from their website. When I opened the app and gave my travels details, the total cost for Etios came out to be 14000 and when I gave the same details in their website, the cost was around 13200. I know these are estimated fares but I would expect them to be consistent on both the app and the website.

As compared to my many trips from different apps I liked the service support from ZYPPYS, Gud customer care support and cleanliness of vehicle and friendly and safe driver, I suggest to my friends and my first preference to Zyppys, Thank you guys

The service provided was excellent, I had to travel to Mysore for my dads treatment, I had booked for the cab and the booking was done on time and the driver arrived on time for the trip. The driver was very courteous. Overall a very good experience.

The travel is good. Driver Mr. Raju was awesome. Only one problem came when the app calculated the payment. It was more than 4500. But, the distance is approximately 150km. I conveyed this to the driver. He called Zypps and figured out the bill is 2300.

The cust service is rude n indifferent. Poor experience

Availed this cab service on 23rd June 2016 from Chennai to Pondicherry. They gave discount after finishing the trip as the actual kilometers were less than the package kilometers. Very nice service. Will choose your service again and the cab was in excellent condition..

I Want to take a long ride with zyppy

Due to inter communication gap related to payment we have suffered a lot and we were late by 2 hrs for our onward journey to mahabaleshwar from pune, secondly driver was completely new he was not aware about the roads we have to take help of GPS system, he was not hygiene by himself nor he has kept the car clean during our 3 days usage. Surprisingly he was not aware about pune city lastly in pune I have called the owner and told him to be with us till night as we don't wanted to miss our train.

Travelling outstation alone, with elderly  or llittle ones was a big challenge before Zyppys, the outstation cool cab service. We flew to Tirupathi this June unlike every year where we would drive down from Hyderabad. The quick and hassle free booking, exotic service, transparent best price in town  and well versed experience made us forget that we didn't have our own cars with us. 

Very bad customer support...

Yesterday i went to chennai from banglore.cab driver respect is gud.i lost my bag n he only himself called me n came back to give it.so service is gud.but the app needs to improve.that means when the cab driver picks up us at that moment only u should start the trip(like ola n uber).as well as when we reached the dropping point u should give the total trip charges through mail or text messege.bcz i got d total trip charges bill after 12hrs.but i paid extra money bcz of u.improve ur app.thank u.all d best.☺

On time, Clean vehicle, Booked late night for 6 am, App does not update payment for COD, travel progress is not updated, UI can change for better

Took a ride from Bangalore to kodai for 6 days, the chauffeur was good and he taken us to every sight seeing. Didn't miss any place in our journey, chauffeur was on time everyday well maintained vehicle and also call center executives were on touch with us on all 6 days nice guys keep it up thanks you made us journey memorable...

Cab was booked with ease. The car was downgraded last moment.CC advised that i would be delayed by two hours if I needed Etios as per original booking. This happened even after confirming a night before. Reallocated Cab had technical issues too ( vibration at 80 Km/hr and above speeds) Customer care was just not ready to accept that car was having technical issues inspite of the driver confirming the same. Not a pleasant experience. They do not have cabs of their own. They r only aggregators

Me with family had gone to shirdi from Pune, driver Santosh was well experienced driver and also vehicle was neat and tidy. On first i saw the reviews was scared but the call center guy assured this journey will be good it happened as said , loved the ease of booking .....good Zyppys Team keep it up....

Driver did not turn up at scheduled time and was not answering his phone. When I call helpline, the only solution I got was to delay the journey by 2 hours as an immediate replacement could not be arranged. Pathetic. Forced to postpone plans by a day due to Zyppys unprofessionalism

I think zyppys is good. I had taken their out station service for Bangalore with family . The driver was really good and the quality of car was one of the best . Awesome overall experience .
