This app looks great and is advanced enough to have tax and insurance which other calcs don't do...you don't want to forget tax as it can add over 500 to your monthly mortgage.

Selecting home price, down payment slider bars are so small that it is extremely hard to set prices. Fat fingers make this a useless app. Why not make slider bar bigger? Or type in price? Also can not have a down payment over $100k. What if I had $150k down payment? Off to try another app.
