"Mucize" is Mahsun Kırmızıgül's 4th film which takes place in Izmir, Foça, Uşak, Kars and a village in Kağızman. This time Kırmızıgül will enlighten 1960s Turkey when there was poverty. This movie tells the story of thousands of children and teachers education struggle and describes a teacher's(Talat Bulut) deportation to remote Anatolian town.
