I emailed the developers to report some irritating glitches and to my surprise, they actually called me to let me go into details about the issues, and voila, within 24 hours I received an email stating they had fixed the bugs and the app was ready for an update. I updated it yesterday and it's fabulous. They are on it! I guess I just never expected them to have such great costumer service, simply because this day & age, EXCELLENT customer service is harder to come by.

I've used Zumper for awhile now and love it. Since switching to an Android, I've had to upload properties on the desktop. Now, I can go back to adding properties on the fly, which allows me to get started marketing ASAP.

I can post to Zumper Pro and my listings end up on all the major list search sites.

Try to contact them to resolve issues...all links on site to contact them lead to a few different emails. The auto reply saying they respond in less than an hour. I am going on 4 days with no response after numerous emails. I Googled their number, talked to a person who said I will get a response in less than 30 minutes. It has been two days with no response since then.
