Very efficient app. I have ordered from them a few times and have received nothing but the best service. Haven't ordered from the restaurants as yet but Pick n Pay and Woolies deliveries are great and on point :) fantastic job guys.

New release is amazing. Super easy to use, it looks slick and the delivery performance is on point (On average always quicker than the time listed). Great work. Very addictive.

Shops often go "missing" (eg on one day you may have access to 8 different stores and on the next only a liquor store is available)

Pity it is not available in my area. Sounds like a good idea....

Ooh wow I have a grocery shopping list on this app and it was delivered in less than an hour, my liquor was delivered safely to my doorstep too

I like the app, I used it yesterday for the first time, and they managed to deliver the stuff I ordered in less than an hour. There's a few things I would like to see being improved; 1. When I input all my credit card information, I was expecting a validation to ensure if I had put in the correct details but it swiftly went into the payment straight without that. That's a bit unsettling. 2. The after service is not there, the only message I got was when I had placed the order. I did not receive an email that said that the delivery had taken place and this much was paid and such such. I would like to see that as well. It puts me at ease. Update: My order took 2 hours to get to me on Monday. I couldn't get hold of anyone to find out what the story was. After calling the contact number 26 times, I finally got hold of someone who promised a refund. It is now Wednesday and nobody has made contact or given me the refund. Great concept but the app really needs some work. The overall UX is somewhat lacking and I didn't feel confident about using the app. Delivery was quick and efficient but the quantities and special instructions don't seem to get across clearly to the driver. I also don't feel like there's enough ways to communicate.

I love this app makes life easy, only one problem I don't know if the app is buggie or its my network but my grocery menu is quiet a challenge to operate, pictures don't show and response is quiet delayed but either way this is revolutionary

Prices are not the same as the store even though you still get charged a delivery and service fee per thing you order. App also crashes. What happened to delivering Chicken Licken? Stores availability is not consistent, some days you can order from a store, other days the application doesn't make it available.

Very unreliable. You claim that you deliver orders in an hour but it took you 6 hours and you don't let customers sign any paperwork upon delivery. This service is completely useless, unreliable and waste of time..sticking to driving to the store because it's much quicker!!!

If you order the order is there then it gets cacelled and your money is lost i lost money know on kfc that the order got cacelled i hate this app do not ever download this app thy steel money

The shops that appear for shopping are further away from my delivery location and I'm not getting an option to choose the shop I want to order from. Do you only have agreements with shops in city centre or what? The Glen shopping center is closer to me than Carlton center or park station yet when I pick grocery or pharmaceutical shopping the only places that appear are pick n pay at Carlton center and dischem at park station. I don't understand this

I keep getting an error message when I add my address. Be it manually or using the location function, so I can't even test the app.

I thought it was pretty impressive the , the primary use was to order chicken wings, but Chicken Licken was removed for no apparent reason & the only stores available are all in Sandton, I live on the outskirts of Sandton so this is now really inconvenient, if you live anywhere from 20 minutes out of Sandton CBD, you'd be wasting your time downloading this app, it will be uninstalled if there aren't any changes soon

I downloaded the app on my samsung galaxy tablet SM-T231, android version 4.4.2 , and I turned on my location services , but it does not want to find my location at all . keeps on saying searching for GPS location , but finds nothing then says unable to match location for your device.

I dont have a problem with the app but instead Zulzi itself, i ordered an important text book which had to be delivered by a specific date but instead of being delivered i got a phone call saying there was no stock!

The best app ever...my groceries were delivered in less than one hour and the customer service was excellent when it comes to replacement of products. Will definitely use it again.

The app is not working well it ends at step 2 with no option of going onto step 3 and 4.

Hi. Everytime I open the app it just crashes. I have a S6 edge and I would love to use the app...

Application constantly crashes, cannot get any further than trying to add an item to the basket.
