Zultys Mobile for Android
When it's working it's nice. Problem is it will log you off multiple times a day causing you to have to check the status frequently to make sure you are logged in.
This is the most unreliable app I have ever used. I get logged out constantly, rendering the phone forwarding feature worthless. Thus, eliminating its purpose. Avoid.
Ok, but could be a lot better. Sometimes when the call is long gone, the incoming call screen comes up or it shows the call as active even though it's not.
Horrible app. Even when you log out the service is still running and you can't clear notifications. You have to restart your phone. Bad VOIP company keeps getting worse.
The gift that keeps on giving, and just gets better!
Works great even in 3rd word countries with crappy wifi
This the best ip solution by far! Blows Avaya, Shoretel, Mitel, and NEC out of the water!
I just installed version 2.0.7 and it is great. I played with version 1 quite a bit, but it was always a little unstable which made it difficult to use. Version 2 seems very stable and has some fantastic new features. My favorite is being able to make SIP calls directly from the mobile. When you connect using the softphone it displays a mini "SIP" icon in the system tray at the top of the screen - cool. Now received calls go directly to my device, and outgoing calls no longer require the clunky inbound call from the MX. The developers even included customizable parameters such as how many seconds to attempt reaching the softphone for inbound calls before forwarding to the cell or forwarding to voicemail - nice features considering cell voice network is sometimes more available than the data network. These features really make this application nice. I'm glad the developers are sticking with this and making such great improvements. I also like the ability to display all of my synced contacts and buddies list separately. I remember not being able to make calls to the synced contact list in version 1. Great job guys!
2016-02-15 Ever since I upgraded my Nexus 5 to the latest version of Android, this app stopped working. I tried to send email to the developer, only to have it bounce back as undeliverable. Beware this only works in the older Android OS versions and the developer is unreachable. This was for an old version. 2016-09-19 I installed v6.1.1 on my Nexus 5 which is running Android v6.0.1. It has been at least a month since I installed the new version, I thought that I should update my review. This version works quite well. The user interface is a improvement over the last version.
Initially when I started using this on my S7, it worked ok. Would have given it 3 stars - functional, but not great. Issues: - No way to exit the app. forced to reboot phone to exit. - Battery hog - NOW - it quit working all together as soon as my phone screen locks. Works fine, lock screen, incoming calls - nothing. missed call - nothing. new voicemail - nothing. Outrageous!
How do you get to the settings page on a note 5? I have auto-login turned on and get get back to the settings
The app doesn't work well with Android 6.0. Also this app drains the battery on my phone so fast.
Once I signed in I couldn't figure out how to logout. Turns out this feature and others are in the menu, a feature Android has removed. I have a galaxy note 5, and had no abiltiy to activate the menu, therefore couldn't log out...
The Note 5 isn't so obscure that your app shouldn't work with it. There's no way to access the menu or log out without uninstalling the app each and every time. The functionality seems decent enough, except it doesn't really function all that well.
To log off you need to hold down on the menu button beneath the touchscreen (double boxes button on button left of phone) and a settings menu appears. Took me a second to figure that out, but like the app now. Can take office calls on the go.
:( i was excited too

So I have a Samsung Note 5. Before this a Note 4, and had the same issue. I can't get to settings and log out without restarting the app. I can hold down the back button and it should bring up the options, and it does about 5% of the time, but they go away so quick I can't use them. And then there is design. This is a very ugly app. You need to update some icons, add a little color, and don't stick to 90s design.
From my device, I cannot use the in call feature buttons (hold, transfer, etc) unless my device is in landscape mode. Several free SIP clients have a MUCH better user interface with the same in call features. At a licensing cost of $75 per user, I expect more. The integrated directory and voice mail access is a major plus. Also, parked call retrieval is nice (although it can technically be performed from any SIP client by knowing the correct number to dial). Lastly, the non-softphone calling is GREAT!
I have the same experience as Tony and Jeremy, as well as all the associates of mine who use this app with their Note 5 devices. It would be helpful if we didn't have to reinstall the app every time we need to adjust some settings.
Tony said menu not there in the note 4 or 5 in November and still nothing done.
To access the settings and to logout. Press and hold the active application button on the bottom left.
Crap app. Can't login. No settings until you first login. Horrible layout. It's like they have Chinese kids writing this app..
Works great even in 3rd word countries with crappy wifi
So much better as of this update. Getting close to being a 5 star app.
SIP sounds terrible, even on Wi-Fi.
Testing the app with our new provider prior to deployment. On KitKit. For those who can't connect, there is a server side setting that must be enabled in order for SIP registration to work, even though MX will allow chat and presence. As a phone/dialer, this app is not very well integrated. Zoiper or CSIP Simple are much better soft phones. Presence works OK. Biggest complaint is that switching in and out of app is not the way any other android app works. You get warned app is already running.
:( i was excited too
This app is great! It allows you to make and receive calls from your cell phone just as if you were using your desk phone! A must have for any mobile worker!
Crap app. Can't logout. No settings until you first login. Zultys sucks

Update: new version released to fix the issues with Kit Kat. Tested and all features now work. I still don't like that you can not make sip calls over LTE. The LTE network is a lot faster than my wifi. Does not work with Kit Kat (Android 4.4), the latest version. I worked with Tech support and they say that Zultys is not going to support Kit Kat.
All aspects work except making and receiving calls, the primary function. The app crashes and closes.
For those lucky and/or smart enough to have a Zultys business telephone system, this app is excellent. Extends your office phone to your Android, keeps you from having to give out your extension number. Great on 4.2.2 S4, ATT.
Wasnt able to connect to server
It's got a long way to go
Not quite as impressive as had hoped, but still very functional.
Getting better. Need ability to log in to groups.

Have Moto z force. This version has serious issues. Does not work with wifi. have to shut off my wifi to obtain a connection. My phone distributor cannot figure out how to help me.
