CADSTAR Touch for Android
Very smart and usefull for EX students
This app is going to save me a lot of time when using cadstar. It would be nice to be able to organize the macros and have separate groups for different uses, also be able to invert the movement. Otherwise great overall app!
This is a great idea, and probably a good start. But the one problem I have with this ap is that I can not rearrange the macro buttons. You can turn the visibility of each macro on and off, but you can not rearrange them like you can on a toolbar in CadStar. From What I can tell, the macros are read into the ap from your Available Macros list in CadStar in the same order they are listed. This would be perfectly fine if you could rearrange your list of Available Macros in CadStar, which you can not. I even tried recreating my macros in a list order, but CadStar seems to arrange them however it pleases. My list doesn't even organize itself alphabetically. It is completely random. So to make this ap better, let us click and drag the macro buttons around however we would like to organize them. Also this ap would be even more awesome if the same functionality could be used in P.R.E.ditor for routing!!
Looks like it will be useful. I'll have to have a play and see how far you can customise the settings. It would be nice if you could use BlueTooth rather than WiFi, to keep the network traffic down in the office. At home the router with the antenna is not on the same floor as the PC, so that may be an issue. Another option would be to use the USB port, as that would keep the battery topped up!
Easily manipulates the display of the tool. Comes with great voice recognition too!
Cool. The pan zoom features work on other apps as well.
