MobileSheetsFree Music Reader for Android
Confusing, not very useful at all
Overall a very good app for reading and marking sheet music, and works well with AirTurn pedals. My main complaint is that I can't mark in bowings without physically writing them in, which looks messy, and the dynamic markings (stamps) are very low resolution.
It's very useful, serves it's purpose; but come on...only 2 bookmarks allowed???
How do you import music
Too complicated
Does this thing actually play pdf files or what?
Sorry before
It could be great, but it's too complicated. It doesn't even show the audio file even tho I have an audio file
I do sound for community theater. I use this app to mark up the script with my sound cues. It works perfectly and I can export a marked-up PDF file as a backup.
I dont know how to use it, theres no clear things here, everything is trash forme, why dont you add a tutorial that teaches basics, f
When I first used it, this app seemed a bit glitchy when turning pages, but that seems to have sorted itself out now. My only issue now is the stamps for adding notes and sharps etc could be much higher resolution, as when you make them bigger (so they can actually be read) they are pretty pixellated. Other than that, looks pretty decent!
The app is helpful but I don't know how to make the audio work even I have the audio file. Please reply A.S.A.P
Read PDF files of music and allows the aha music files to be played while reading the music.
Doesn't show sheet notes
free app if you purchase the 12 dollar app. pretty freaking stupid. waste of time. never get anything this creator makes
Too much to read to find out that the app doesn't take yr files. Who will pay me for my time wasted???
I have used this app in performance on a chromebook. Works very well.
It's a great program but how do you reinstall the pro version without having to pay again
Needs to add support for Google Drive and Song Select PDF's.
Why am I having problems downloading latest update? Never had problems with previous updates to this app, nor had problems with downloading other app updates today (8 of them). Is this punishment for not buying your 'pro' version?
An excellent app, and exactly what I wanted my new tablet for. Could use a few more symbols (upbow & downbow) but I will definitely be upgrading to Pro soon.
It's got everything I need so far as a vocalist singing in live music venues. I'll be buying the paid app!! I'm so glad this exists! Makes my job easier...
This app has everything you need for free! Cheers to the devs for updating the UI. It looks much cleaner than it did before. Now you just need a new icon :-)
There used to be an issue of the screen shutting off, but that seems to have been fixed. I've used this for multiple gigs without a problem, and I look forward to continuing using it with a foot pedal. One thing I'd like to see improved is the notation and editing. It's a little tedious and takes too long to add in rehearsal notes.
So amazing! Even useful for theater! So many uses and options!
The free version only allows you to store 8 sheets - which is nothing! And the paid version costs a fortune!
Rough around the edges, but I haven't found anything better on Android. I had troubles importing from Drive, and even from local storage. When things go sideways, it can hang or even reboot the device. The core functionality is pretty good, though the UI is quite disjointed and dated.
If this app doesn't read a score and play it back then what is it for? I can find thousands of free public domain scores online, and Youtube clips of the music being played by highly competent performers, or midi playbacks--in many cases with a moving hairline indicator to show exactly what music is being played at any given instant. What does this app achieve?
I like this app but It won't let me download more than a certain amount of songs... I recommend this app but I need more than 8 songs downloaded
Tried importing music, it just stared back at me from the screen. Finally opened directly from an email and it worked. Tried using the pen tool to circle some stuff, nothing happened. Then when I tried bringing up the editing box again it just kept flipping pages. The app is really clumsy and could look and work much cleaner.
This is the third day I am using it and I am COMPLETELY happy! I am musician and now I can rehearse and make notes with the Pen (for Tablet) or mouse (for PC) real time. Then, I can share it via DROPBOX as .msf (for other users with the same app), or .pdf (anyone else!). It does not make sheet music like Finale or Sibelius. It makes everything else you would do with your pencil easily and nicely! Download it NOW! I feel privileged to use such a great app.
Download ed this to prepare my song for a vocal lesson. Keep pressing play...nothing. Manual showed me how to automatically play it upon download.... Still nothing
I love Dropbox feature! It would be great if I could put all pages in continuous mode and then set page change places myself. Maybe more guitar tools (tabs) and doc editor?

pack instructions. some of us are offline a lot.
Tried several others, but this has every feature (and more) needed to work with sheet music. Well worth the cost for the pro version!

I use this app for leading worship. The app is an excellent way for me to carry all our praise songs and hymns on stage. I don't have to worry the songs are all right with me. I wish I could afford tablets for the praise team. Powerful app and very easy to use whether swiping with finger or using a foot pedal
I've been using Mobilesheets for several years now, and just love it. I play for Church, have an account with CCLI Song Select. I find my music, download it, get it selected and organized into setsheets, can edit it on screen, and am set for Worship practice. Any other editing can be done in practice at Church, and you're ready to go.

I tried many other the music reading apps before deciding to purchase this one. I'm not a big believer in buying apps, believing that there is always a free alternative. But I can honestly say that this is well worth the money. It has many, many clever and useful features. I now use it all of the time for practice and my live performances. I would be lost without it.
