Great app (especially after the updates over past year). Awesome $10 referral credit for sharing with friends. Easy to use... pay with cash or by card via app (like Uber/Lyft).

Blatantly incorrect and deceitful pick-up estimates. App almost always shows 3mins away. No car has been under 15mins. I understand it's an estimate and things change, but don't lie to me with wildly incorrect estimates.

I sent the damn time 2 hours in advance to get a call at my pick up time that the driver was 18min away from me and I still had to travel another 20 min to get to my destination...THEN I call to get told that the drivers get the location 15 min b4 the pick up...WHY THE HELL DO YOU HAVE AN APP THAT ALLOWS TO PRESET THE DAMN PICK UP????...NOT ONLY HAVE U MADE ME LATE FOR MY DAY TO START YOU HAVE PUSHED BACK SEVERAL EVENTS THAT WERE.TO FOLLOW.....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE NOR ANYTHING RELATED THEM..

I love this app! Makes it so much easier to get around the city!

Huge fares that are double price of uber

Great app I think. Some glitches tho. Only one question, is there a way you can request a certain type of vehicle like if wanted a van or a car? Other than calling it in... If needed to buy some furniture from Wal-Mart and needed taxi.

Not a reliable app! It says my trip was canceled and i never canceled anything. Horrible service. Nobody helps you in customer service

Will never use this ztrip service again. I was charged 25 dollars for a short distance that would have only been 10 dollars from lyft. Won't be using this service anymore. #uninstalled

It takes so long to locate a driver! And the app constantly freezes up

I have only used it one time. I won a free $50.00 credit at a festival. I used it the same night to send my wife and her friend home. I thought I was using the credit but when they got there the driver charged them almost $48.11 (20 percent tip automatically included). I tried to call them to fix the problem and they said because I selected to pay cash (the apps default setting) it is not reverse-able.

Ztrip/Yellow cab is garbage. But you all knew that already! :) Thankfully Uber and Lyft exist!

Cabs will rip you off. Worst experience ever.

It made my brother late to crt and kept crashing when I tried to enter the destination. And even though my card was saved on the app they tried to tell me it wasn't

Made an appointment to be picked up 3 hrs in advance and didn't show up. When I called to find out where he was I was told 25 min away. Had to ask my neighbor for a ride because they were making me late for work. No one cared. Don't use this service.

From the looks of it most of these reviews are from salty uber and lyft drivers. The app works much better than UBER and most times taxi is cheaper. Always hated uber because their idealogy is the more they are needed the more they jack up the prices. Well in my city cab companies give free rides on holidays while uber will charge you $100 to get across town. #NeverGuber

I've used the reservation feature twice and apparently that doesn't guarantee that you will be picked up. Completely unreliable. If you need to make a reservation you're better off using a more legitimate taxi service

Payment problems after I linked my card to my account. Couldn't pay in the vehicle because the machine didn't work. Almost missed my flight. I won't be going through the hassle again. Use a different app.

Scheduled an appointment and no one ever showed. When I called, they let me know the scheduling was no guarantee. Not reliable.

When I could actually find a driver they were very rude.

zTrip needs a better GPS the cars never move like it used to; i went to check on a scheduled pick up tonight (1/10/17) and the app said no services available for 5-6 minutes the driver wasnt given my scheduled time pick up til 2mins before the scheduled time arranged this isnt the only time that they haven't been on time to an arranged time the app needs TONS of work like a way to leave a note to the drivers (i.e. business names; door waiting at or how to locate the pickup location)

I had booked a trip 2hrs in advance so I can get to work on time. The app said my driver was on his was, so I called the driver and he said 15mins. He NEVER showed up!! Then I got a confirmation notification saying thanks for the ride

I scheduled a pickup days in advance for 1:30am following New Years Eve, after confirming with my driver into town at 7, I shouldn't have a problem, I received a call 1.5 hrs after my scheduled time if I still needed picked up

I wanted to try this app because I didn't like to call the dispatch on 1010 in the 1010 company recommended this app to me and all I get is Yellow Cab and Yellow Cab is a terrible company they charge you way too much and the drivers will charge you whatever they want unlike 1010 they charge you the same price every time never using this app again never using yellow cab again.

I was satisfied with the taxi drivers. I've used multiple times and drivers were prompt and courteous. As far as the app, it would be very beneficial to have a section for special notes to the driver, i.e. gate codes for gated complexes or specific directions to location. Other than that the app has been rather easy to use and a good resource.

Booked a ride in advance didnt show up on time I called and they said "we're looking for a driver" complete bs I'm deleting this app! This should not be allowed!

Ztrip likes to charge my bank account with random fees that I'm not even sure what are for. For instance, yesterday I got charged $2.88 from ztrip. I didn't even ride with them yesterday? Uninstalling and will never use ztrip again.

I requested a ride at 7:52 am the app said my driver was 7 mins away. For 20 mins! On top of that I watched my cab go the opposite way and when I called he hung up. Talk about rude. Will never use your sercices agin when in tx.

Made reservations the day before to be picked up to go to airport. The fleet dispatch said nobody had accepted my reservation despite receiving a reservation acknowledgment email. Don't use!

It takes a long time to find a driver. The app is not very reliable.

15 taxis 3 min away. Ride accepted by driver 30 min away. Every freaking time.

Has a wonderful user interface! Loved the ability to pay directly from my phone! Everything worked great!

Will only show black cars for TRIPLE THE FARE. TERRIBLE... and yellow cab wonders why Uber and Lyft are taking over....
