Yes i am not using rooted device and my Dsl connection is 4mb unlimited and its working very fine. But your app is not working well... Username ar password laga k jab ko channel chalata hon to Bs Loading hoti hay ar Automatically back hojata hay. Koi channel ni chal raha. Es issue ko resolve kiya jaey.

Are PTCL blocked to run ptcl smart TV on LED TV through using china android box? I installed ptcl app on china android box and successfully login in my ptcl account but when I try to watch any channel it is loading than return to smart ptcl app screen. Is PTCL blocking to watch ptcl smart tv through china android tv box? Am I correct or any technical error. Please explain me thanks. If PTCL intentionally blocking than why ? Thousand of like this app are available on internet for free through which you may watch thousand of tv channels free of cost..

This is third class app it doesn't recharge from uload nor from easypaisa neither from evo card, also there is no customer care from ptcl

Sir app bht achi hai or Mai use krta RHA hun. Mgr ab kisi b Chanel ko enter krne se loading hoti rehti hai or close ho jata hai.

What is this? Tried clicking almost every channel and it comes into loading state and after some seconds it throws me back to channel name..i clicked again to open a channel it again went to loading and threw me back to channel name i'm unable to play any channel..while videos on YouTube and fb are playing smoothly with HD i dnt knw whats wrong with it...i'll edit my review once the problem is solved.

Really a junk app. No speed, bad UI, cheap developer who has developed. Very bad.

Recently this app not working when ever I click on any channel it went on loading and then come back to channel list without streaming I called helpdesk they said its system upgradation issue and try later it will work but it won't, now 4 days passed and still not working at all.

Waste time ek toh free main trail diya aur woh be nahi chal

You Block ARY and SAMA... Jst tell me whether it is PTCL OR NTCL where P stands for Pakistan and N for NooN League...jst shame on you...

Outstanding working,PTCL Smart Tv app providing many channels other than tv apps. I believe PTCL will carry to provide better things to their customers and continue to update tha smart tv app. PTCL should concentrate on buffering speed as compared to YouTube. YouTube provide fast streaming. So PTCL should compete the YouTube by providing fast streaming.

It's not a junk, I really appreciate this work of ptcl. On my Android it is working fine.. helpfull to access anywhere especially when you want to watch cricket out of home ????

Another junk from PTCL. Unable to run both mobile and Android tv. Wastage of time and money. In case one calls for support, services are pathetic. They will forcibly pierce "Marasiana" stuff into ears for long hours before bothering to attend the call then have no clue to the problems. Stoneage services.

I recommend to use this app. It is working well on my unrooted cell after software update. 5 stars. I suggest to add Hindi dubbing on National geographic, Animal planet, Nat geo wild, Discovery and History channels. One more thing that this app does not work on internet other than PTCL and Ufone.

PTCL has worst kind of knowledge when it comes to the user experience. I have used their apps, most of them crash quite frequently. Now when signing up for the smart tv app, they sending my credentials(both username and password) to three different locations (on two mobile numbers[associated with the subscription] and my email). A confirmation email is nice but containing login details? Seriously, what is this ???

App isn't able to sign you up. And I am pretty sure this app is waste of time , money and memory. So I suggest don't even bother to download it. Like always PTCL is a great great disappointment to the people and the nation. I hope they'll get worse day by day !

What a shity app. Bad design. Bad functionality. When signing up it says the information I entered is incorrect. But doesn't bother telling me what specifically incorrect about it. Get a better developer Ptcl Edit: Already tired of emailing ptcl and not getting a response or fix for every issue.

The app is otherwise perfect but some basic features are missing. Brightness control is missing. Previously it was too bright and drained the battery, now its too dimm and viewing is not as pleasurable. Please add brightness control on top priority. Dont you guys have any quality control.

It doesn't work in a rooted device which is a big disappointment. I wonder why PTCL don't resolve this issue. All Android apps working fine in a rooted device then why not this app. Perhaps PTCL is far behind in adopting latest trends in developing their products.

Overall good, but need a few key things. First, brightness is not adjustable. It is always on full which makes night viewing hard. 2nd, there is no option to wswitch channels from the video screen. i have to go back to the menu and select another channel even if I have to go to just the next channel. Kindly make these changes.

Important Improvement! While playing using any screen mirroring devices like chrome cast or etc, the channel is displayed on the LCD TV screen but with some lagging and also NO Sound damn it!!! And please be professional developers don't you know how to add quality adjustment option in the channels? :-/

It was working fine, on my phone, last week i have reset my android phone and installed the app again. But i am unable to login my account it says maximum screens reached. But i am even not loggedin any where.
