Η εφαρμογή "Απουσιολόγιο" παρέχει τη δυνατότητα σε μαθητές , γονείς και εκπαιδευτικούς Γυμνασίου / Λυκείου να ελέγχουν αν κάποιος μαθητής περνάει την τάξη, επανεξετάζεται τον Σεπτέμβριο ή την επαναλαμβάνει λόγω απουσιών.
Δίνει τη δυνατότητα να θέτει ο ενδιαφερόμενος διάφορες τιμές στα κατάλληλα πεδία , δηλαδή , το πλήθος των απουσιών και των δικαιολογημένων (συνολικές τιμές , δεν χρειάζεται καταχώριση ανά ημέρα) και να διαπιστώνει αν η φοίτησή του είναι ΕΠΑΡΚΗΣ , ΕΛΛΙΠΗΣ.ή ΑΝΕΠΑΡΚΗΣ.
