SJ5000PLUS

Please fix this issue first, apart from the battery life one. Better use Linkineyes, works like a charm on 5000+ !!

Hope this gets resolved soon, far too many issues, that is if your lucky enough to connect to start with! Lets down what is otherwise a great camera!

Can't connect at all. When I put the wifi on from the sj5000+ and then select that wifi from the app when asked and put in the password and then click next, it just comes back to the wifi list...

When used handphone recording video, handphone screen turn to green. Can't see anything. How to know composition correct or not?

Keeps restarting and taking me back to wifi setup. Even though the wifi connection was made with the camera. Very disappointed

All the times when I try to use this app. My SJCam5000 plus restarts automatically..I can't use this app!!!! Is not possible to use this app!!!

I cant see my photo or video from my phone.. always "no file".. i just can see from my sjcam

Does not work on Samsung Note. Does not connect to my SJCAM 5000x Elite

Phone turned off and then locked on boot. Tried several times to reboot, and various options, but each time would freeze up during boot. Had to perform hard reset. Only change was having installed this software. . .

Does not work on my Oneplus One, but does work on some old devices. Barely. The UI acts strangely and the language contains gems like "Again according to exit the program" or "Modify the success!"

With all the pist off consumers airing out their dissatisfaction, I don't see the need for me to elaborate more. Just fix, upgrade, replace, whatever to make your apps works more efficiently. Good Luck, hope your sales won't go down.

Wifi connection is unstable at times, have to force quit this app & restart camera, but when irks is great. Controls & adjusts entire camera setup! BUT..... I can't see or grab files from cam to phone at all. Please fix and update!

Same problem of the others it always crash everytime i open my gallery in SJ5000PLUS. It always say " SJ5000PLUS DID NOT RESPOND" please fix these problem

Sjcam5000 apps much better than sjcam5000+. Disappointed.

All ok the recent update has introduced a bug. App now crashes whe loading gallery. Get a fix please.

Both wifi on camera n smartphone are switched on.. But when I take a picture the app doesn't work.. And I can't download the video into my smartphone... It's really disappointing !!.. Please fix asap!
