The app is not very user friendly at all when you have to keep loading a different screen every time you want to use anything on this app. The alert recordings are to short there only 5 seconds I think they should be 10 seconds ( yes it does make a difference to all those people out there who think an extra 5 seconds wouldn't make a difference ) the time on the recordings are 2 hours different to the actual time ( so if something was recorded at 5pm in the alert and playback recordings it would say it was 3pm ). The camera picture can be very glitchy at times not sure what the go is there maybe internet connection issue or something else and the app was playing up tonight when I was using it I was trying to go from the standard camera view to the enlarged camera view and it would change to the large view screen but would still only show the standard view and after trying to get it to work properly for a couple of minutes the app crashed and shut down on me. Some of the alert recordings aren't there when I try to watch them even though it says there is a recording I'm not sure why that is. Don't get me wrong I really like this camera and the app they are both very simple to use but having to jump from screen to screen to screen just to use everything on this app is very frustrating especially if your in live view and you want to go back to look at the alert recordings or playback recordings or to use the settings as soon as it leaves the live view screen it closes it down then you have to reload the live view again ( not the app itself ) it's all too time consuming and quite frankly very annoying especially when you have 30 ( just an example ) or more alert recordings or playback recordings to watch you have to watch each one individually when you should be able to choose if you want to watch them all at once or individually and you need some rewind and fast forward buttons as well. Please fix all of these issues because I was going to get another 3 Zosi cameras to use on this app but if you can't or won't fix these issue then I won't bother buying anymore and I'll take my business elsewhere but if you can and do I will then give this app 5 stars.
I have been troubleshooting this camera for 5 hours. it won't connect to WiFi or my phone.
Home security cameras work perfect image.
Why does an IP cam app need permissions to your browsing history, contacts, etc? Something is sketchy. You also can't view multiple cameras on the same screen, which is so silly, if you purchased them for monitoring. There is no option to scroll through them either. If I can't connect my cameras to a different app, I will be returning them!

Does not work, while it did work very user unfriendly. Shame because cameras are actually good. Returning them for a refund.
