Zopper - Local Shopping Online

It has very few location details if you live in different area you cant manage your address it is taking pin code according to its already filled locations and no option to edit pin code in address please fix it

They cancelled my online paid order on excuse of 'non availability' of item and didn't refund the paid amount. Its been 13 days and still counting. Thinking to take this to Consumer Forum.

Used to be good once... Worst app now.... Shows no goods/product in my area now... last year there were lot of ad from my locality... Learn from olx and quikr... They are better regarding local ads.. i think u shud work on it or close the app...

Asks to go to settings for location even though GPS is enabled. Also, the options are very less. Local shopping is great if it has enough options to choose from.

Every time I had shopped with zopper the experience got worse than before. Last time it was regarding a damaged product and they had no replacement policy. Now for my recent order I am not able to contact anyone and my money got stucked. Refund is not initiated 10 days had already been passed

I have placed my order for refrigerator on 25 Nov. from that onward I have not received any notification from your side.so I have cancelled my order so may I know how much time you take my money back into my account.

I ordered a mobile.they were showing 24% but it was actually 2%.they took 1 month to assure refund of remaining amount but still they have not shown any move.great cheater .dont buy any product.

Don't ask for rating or feedback . It will be negative always . You have very unresponsive customer care

Please please don't order from Zopper. They have worst customer service. They take order and no commitment after that. They do not have hold on product availability and price. They wait for retailer approval which is ridiculous. If the dealer does not accept then you are made to cancel the order. If you have some urgent requirements please avoid this site. Else you will hand up blocking your funds / credit limits.

Zopper is showing wrong product details.i purchased samsung j 7 prime with 32 GB variants .but they have given me 16 gb variants .no one is listning from zopper team. Go with Flipcart or Amazon its my advise.

Zopper believes in making.false.promises and commitments as it cannot deliver on.time after making entire payment online they still delay orders and it is impossible.to contact their customer care my 82 thousand is stuck since 3 weeks and I m not getting my refund
