ZopNow - Grocery Shopping

I recieved many of biscuits with soggy (rather than crispy) (not normal) it has pungent smell/taste .. like all biscuits got wetty/soggy due to lack of storage in rainy season... I can't even consume many of them because they all have very unpleasant smell/taste... I am not happy with your service.... It's all waste of money

Worst service. It was a mistake to even try zopnow. Big basket is way better and professional.

The service and delivery is worst and also they do not respond on calls as i bought product but they gave all wet products of rain water. Worst exp pls dont use this

App has not been tested properly.. date of delivery option is not enabled and without that I cannot go to the next page

They send low quality fuits and vegs and if you missed to check while delivery, they will not return or refund and simply digest your money. Worst grocery app

3 hours delivery is not happening.. So not a trustworthy app.

I like this app it's easy to navigate through the category,but one problem it doesn't work in WiFi network it asks for 3g or 4g net please find a solution for this problem

At Play Store this app mentioned 20% cash back on first order using code FIRST20 but refused this code when I am trying to my first order. What does it mean?

Customer care no not available and also once order placed can not amend

Over all a good app. I feel there should be a option to modify your order after it is placed and payed for . Also i didn't find any link to customer service or instant feedback for a certain order in the app which should be there.

Nice but in the app it is there that it's free shipping but they will take the shipping charge

I paid for the order and all of sudden at time of delivery things were missing and delivery boy said it's out if stock and dint gave me even refund nor zop cash this happened twice like 300 rs are still pending from zop to refund still awaiting for that no response from customer care pathetic

During buying online price was low and before delivery price is set higher, I was asked to pay the difference. Really bad service. Very bad experience.

I gave the this app 5 stars earlier but now I am giving it 2 Stars because they are cheating customers with different prices on the app and the final bill has raised prices with different weights. It happened earlier around 2 or 3 times but I ignored it but this is high time they should be marked down. All who are ordering from this app please be aware about the wait your ordering take a snapshot and see the Final bill especially on the meat products.

I like this app as it's user friendly. However, whenever I used to order before, I used to get the delivery on the very same day. But today I am not able to get any options for same day delivery. Sad, could not get things which were actually needed today..

None of the promocode works. Neither referral system works. Atleast follow what u claim publically. Disappointed in first order only.

ZopNow is really genuine brand. I am really impressed with there quality products and truthness. Very good customer support and delivery on time. I am really happy after switching from Big Basket to ZopNow.
