worst food at such high price.. quantity is not even half of what is mentioned..and very bad taste food.uninstalling this app right now.thanks for cheating me.

Food delivered at satna by shere panjab hotel. But the delivery boy charged me Rs.10 for delivery which is not tolerable. He forced me for that. I want to cancel the order but he forced me to pay the delivery charge. So I think this is the worst app. Not book through this app.my order id is 125722 and my order is vez special thali in which on 3 roti are provided without butter and in your advertisement shows that 4 butter in the ved special thali.

Installed this app but no use because when I put all required details the message has been shown that sorry unable to deliver ur food to ur station finally I concluded that this app is not working

I ordered aloo parantha & veg biryani, quantity was good enough for 2 person, first time i got quality of food in train with all accompaniments with all foods. Really nice experience.

Trying to register it shows otp expired with in seconds.not able to use it useless app

If you expect food by Zoop. Please not expecting, because they not dlverd you food. This is my own experience.

Got delivery in time, Food quality is good. Much better then train food but still need improvement in quality. Got confirmation and review call from zoop. But need confirmation call from supplier so we can contact them if any issues like some friends didn't got food.

There is no option of negative rating. Whenever i apply the code app doesn't work. I tried many times, also with different device. It's just wastage of time. If the coupon code MYAPP is no longer valid then why it is appearing on the app when we download the app. That means ur app is not updated.
