ZoomIn: Photo Gifts and Books

I m in love with this app. I had used first time web version of this app in 2011. Since then I love this very much. Now I. Love it more because it has delivered the photos to my native place where I used to think delivery is not possible. It's a small city in UP. I ordered photos and gifted to my mom..she is so happy to see those..thanks to zoomin again!!!

Having some bitter experience is may be common. But when they respond well on that sure it becomes a very good and nice experience. That's what I have with ZOOMIN. Its sooooo nice that I had received a nice and perfect one insted what I got at the beginning. Thank you very much ZOOMIN.I LOVED IT.....

Its been 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting for the order to be delivered. No phone number of customer care. Mail takes ages to revert. God knows how they plan to run the business with this sort of service quality. If somebody at zoomin is still awake, my ORDER ID is: ZIN1-EJU7KYZS. Please resolve it immediately or refund my money

Very bad album i received. The photo paper quality also bad.. I ordered for gifting to daughter , but it exactly cropped my daughter's head in all the photos.. I strongly recommend not to use this.

very bad delivery , didn't get my courier and lost my money due it was in advance. very foolish reply by company and courier service . i totally lost my money, and now i understand why they didn't make any call and having no customer care number in App , mail etc. don't waist money here

I had placed an order 2 days back. However, the photos were not completely uploaded and it's been pending since then. It's a paid order. I've sent multiple mails but haven't got any call to resolve the issue yet. Also, there is no contact number of help desk where I can call I get my issue sorted. Any recourse ?

Really very worst app I have ever seen no proper response even can't even interact with Ur people to know status of product even money is being deducted and product isn't delivered and status of order is processing even after expected date of delivery is being completed

App has not so much options in it but it's site is very good. I ordered photo albums, collage, magnet & print photos but quality of print photoes is not good. But overall i like zoomin

I have paid for the order,and even my amount is deducted from the bank account .still the app is not showing my order. What the hell is happening with this app? Either refund me my amount or resolve my issue.

This pathetic.... There is no customer care mentioned in the app....I ordered a photobook of 32 pages and 2 collage poster of 20×30 but the issue here is my money is deducted for all the three items but I got delivered only the photobook no other information is mentioned regarding the collage poster..... I ordered two photobooks ( order#: ZMP1-HL6LI9PA) as birthday presents and i only got one book delivered and a message saying that the pictures in the other book were corrupt. I didnt get any help to upload new pictures neither did i get any refund for the book which was not delivered. I wrote to you guys several times but i didnt get any reply. There is no customer care number where we can call. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME REGARDING THE ALBUM WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED.

I usually don't write reviews, but the service they offered and the quality of the photo is making me write this. Absolutely amazing photos at reasonable price

Collage came out so bad, and when contacted the customer care they replied it's whatever I have edited and it's not their fault. Tried it second time and ordered 70 copies and almost all were panned wrong and I am sure I have carefully placed the order. Better to choose any nearby trusted vendor where you could have better quality and a good bargain. Not Zoomin anymore, definitely.

Guys, none of your customer care numbers mentioned are working. I had already edited all my pics before ordering. But while uploading don't know how it changed back to unarranged pic. Please help me editing those once again. I don't wanna spend on pics without head. Had sent you mail but dint get any response till now. Order number - ZMP1 - DNELRZIN. Could you please sort this out and deliver asap. M worried if this is all fake as I see in Google reviews.

Very worst quality, photo paper are seems to ordinary paper. Photo are like colour xerox. All photos are cut at top and non of photos are proper. Don't buy any thing

My money is deducted from my debit card but order is not placed. No tollfree number working. No costumer email id is responded. I want either my order or my money back. Worst experience this time

The quality of the album is grt in terms of amt charged. I really liked the photobook. The only thing that upset me before was no response from ur email team which made me gave u bad score at first but i reversed it because of the negative reviews u managed to give prompt response. Increase ur customer support strength n credibility to respond on time. Rest is good. Ty

Worst ever photos printing experience. Never found this much worst photos printing. Looks like photos printed with deskjet in draft mode. Delivery was also very delayed.

Hi I wanted to print 10 photos of different size but when i am selecting one pic, all other pics are automatically getting shifted to that size. I tried selecting one pic at a time so that i can select different size for difderent pic, but on doing that, app is charging me Rs 50 for each photo for shipping, even though all of them are to sent at same address. Is there any way i can select diff pics of different sizes?

Excellent site and app. I have been using this for past several years. I made my wedding album,dance album and other travel albums through zoomin.They have excellent service and give excellent quality products. I have already recommended this to a lot of people.i will be creating albums only through zoomin.

So awesome pictures quality. Though it was late for delivery but still i can understand the situation of Mumbai, that's why it's acceptable and your work is just wow. Very good service, delivery within a day. Deserve more than 5 Stars. I wish you continue your great work, so that more people can rely on you.

No customer care number Not at all good at giving response... They didn't even ship the order even ship 5 days.... And no status for the order... Hated it.

I got printout of 25 pics through them but few of the pics were cropped so badly (head was cropped) due to which those pics became useless for me. I got it for a school assignment and had short of time later had to get it done from market.

Guys if u are looking for the best quality picture prints then this is the app u are looking for,trust me guys they are awesome and deliver the prints on the best recycled paper they have a very good after sales service if u gave any problem their customer executive are very sweet.keep up the good work guys
