Zoomer - Track Your Food

I did have an issue with tracking and wrong delivery estimation time. But I made a complain through the site and they contacted me immediately and updated me with current ETA. By then the driver was only 2 minutes away. So could be better experience, but they made up for it in prompt response.

The delivery time just defaulted to 19 mins every time I left and reopened the app. But, it was relatively accurate about the position of the driver when the food was dispatched, though the car on the map arrived a bit ahead of the actual guy, and it was cool to watch the car moving.

This app and service will only get better with time. Have flu and this was a lifesaver, delivering comfort food.

Told my husband they were turning the corner so he had time to pause his game and surely enough there they were!

Haven't had any issues with the app fisplaying wrong info or anything. It does what it says it does.

Very accurate on car location but the eta was way off. It said 19 minutes away when it only took about 5 minutes.

Good one but need improvement in updating ETA. App showed 16 minutes when guy was knocking the door. Hope it get fixed in newer versions.

This app is terrible. I get a delivery estimate and then it changes multiple times to account for other people getting their food first and the last three times I used it I have waited more than an hour for my food, which inevitably arrives cold. Certainly not what I pay a hefty fee for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I am fed up and out of patience. I will not be ordering food from any restaurants that use this app in the future.

I used Zoomer for the first time today. I work in an office building downtown. I don't have time to wait at security for deliveries and am sometimes away from my desk for the alert that a delivery has arrived. Having this app tell me when my order left the restaurant and show on the map where the car was saved a ton of time. I met the driver in the lobby as he arrived. Very cool. I'll definitely be using this app again.

I thought it was great to know when to expect my food. Thanks for delivering. No one delivers to this building because it's brand new.

Works as advertised and has improved over time. Don't know if I'd like it if I were a driver, though :-)

Every time I have ordered not only have I had to redirect the driver to the correct parking lot but the driver is, well let's put it this way stairs are not his friends. I feel bad for these poor drivers

Didn't get to use it much until my local Papa John's started using Zoomer. Now it is great for me. Really nice to know how far out dinner is. (And, btw, drivers have always been great!)

Tried to order from cary town burger and fries. Placed my order to be told they won't deliver and the app gave me the location in my list of options. # Hungry #Bummer

I love this app. I just wish they would somehow install something that tells you when your order is actually at your door. Otherwise, this app is awesome! It even tells you the name of your delivery person. Really great!

Knowing exactly when your food is about to arrive is more useful than I thought it would be, but for someone who orders out as often as I do it's super convenient.

Def helps make sure you know when your food has arrived in case you don't hear the door and to make sure you have your money together in enough time!!

App does what you need it to do.. keeps you posted on your deliveries!

Reasonably accurate right until the actual delivery time when it said 21 minutes left. Still useful

It is right on time with when your order is coming. Also you can wstch them drive to your house amazing i love it......

Driver was great. Had more info to offer about the app. Yes, delivery time was off but who cares when it is shorter!! Will absolutely use again!!!

In the age of apps that don't live up to the premise this app is spot on. It has a minimal design. Great design principles.

Real time food tracking is alright but lags a bit. Over all very good

Literally it was perfectly timed. I watched my food come in as it was on the screen. Awesome app. Totally would suggest it to anyone!!

Even when I order through grubhub it notifies me of my order statuses. Legit.
