Casual Cantonese is a mobile resource for learning Hong Kong Cantonese.
Casual Cantonese is an easy to use mobile resource that will aid you in your mission to learn the Cantonese language.
Casual Cantonese is recorded using native Hong Kong speakers and as such most vocabulary will be pronounced in 'lazy tone', this should minimise confusion when you first start to communicate with Hongkongers.
Casual Cantonese is FREE! We want to keep it this way, so for now it is supported by adverts (which I hope aren't too invasive).

Sorry, but anything that isn't "coming soon" crashes the app. Not sure if the menu button in the top left should do anything, but it doesn't and every time I open the app it tells me it needs to download new data. Don't get me wrong though, I find it difficult to find Cantonese tools for most platforms and in the future this could be the one I'm looking for but for now it's not unfortunately. Good luck to whomever is behind this app, may the year of the green horse bring you and your software all the best.

This app has been very useful for learning Chinese Cantonese. There's a great range of vocab and the games are fun and intuitive. Keep up the good work, I look forward to future updates!

from 'jyutping letters', 'jyutping tones', 'flash cards' and 'settings' only one is implemented. And it has timewasting crap splash-screen. The initial data-download is implemented in a watch-me style.
