ZoiPer Pro - SIP Softphone

It lets me take calls, but if i navigate away from the call on the phone to do ANYTHING else, even by accident or lack of movement, theres no way to get back. Ive had so many problems with calls that ive never had before. Buy something else, this is definitely not worth it and I wish I could get my money back

"Pro", is this a joke? You still have to pay for premium features! I donated to get premium features in previous version and still don't have them. I paid them twice already. Scammers.

After the last update, can't receive incoming calls under wifi network. Using Samsung note 8.

Hi, this app was working great for me, but recently I have had issue with not being able to receive a call when connected to a wifi network. Only if I'm connected to my service provider data I can receive calls. Using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Please help?

Just boughg and registered my SIP number and made call. Heard callers voice but caller didn't hear my voice. Tried full day. Fix this problem

The overall experience is good but definitely is room for improvement, at least for a premium app. We will give 5s when the following will be fixed / added: BUGs found so far: On incoming calls the screen turns off while ringing after aprox. 3-5s and should stay awake; If you are on GSM call, on speaker and you receive incoming call on Zoiper, the speaker of GSM call is turned off and you need to disable / enable the speaker to use it again - maybe Zoiper should take in consideration ringing while we are on GSM call and stop routing sounds while in call; Feature requests: Option to use different contacts than phone defaults with presence (I use Zoiper as my work phone while my phone is a personal one, I need a way to separate them); display presence subscription in contacts; - implement rapid dial functions on key long press. When this will be fixed, I think this app will be the best sip phone on the market and it will worth buying it.

Before it was really nice SIP phone, but after UI redesign it became very inconvenient. If you tell me how to return old UI I ll return 5 stars.

Unreliable at best. In app dial pad does not work while in a call. Waste of money and I might ask for a refund. Don't buy this.

Well, this app kinda suck your ???? money, they call this app by premium but then when you need g729, you have to pay more for that, and if you want h264 ... Yep you have to pay again, I bought this app because they said to this app has good Bluetooth support, but not at all, I try with 6 Bluetooth headsets and none of them working well. With the phone app, when I have incoming call, I just press the answer button on BT headsets then the call will be connected, but this zoiper doesn't, no matter single press or double press it has no response at all. So if you just want to call using your own sip provider, download Grandstream app, it free and come with g729 ( free too).

The speakerphone keeps coming on by itself during the call even when the proximity sensor is disabled. Also the call always starts with the speakerphone on meaning I have to turn it off by hitting the speakerphone button twice. Apart from that the app works but having to keep turning the speakerphone off during calls is annoying.

I much prefer the free version layout this version sucks for changing users among other things I could go on and on please contact me if you want to know a technician's bug report about this application I much prefer the free application despite the fact is that it doesn't have full call features such as transferring

Since updating from android 6 to 7 I am getting lots of re- registering failures, switching from mobile to WiFi. this happening to my voipkalk account. I have a callcentric account, that is rock solid. Have fired off a ticket to voipkalk, we will see what fixes it. Before the upgrade, It had 5 stars, at the moment only 3. With version 2, registration problems have gone. Unfortunately for no reason, the sound will start coming out of the speaker. Looks like things may not be quite right with version 2.

The update from v1.51 to v2.0.60 broke CallerID/Call log. A call comes in and is correctly identified by CallerID. But when you review the call in call history (call log), it merely says "Custom" and has lost the caller name.

Reverted back to previous version. Really hate the new GUI and it seems more complicated to use. Version 1.51 was perfect and looked professional too. As with so many apps, new versions are seldom as good as the original.

I use it with paid VoIP phone service and it works great. Lets me make conference calls transfer calls and do all I need for my business calls.

I just purchased zoiper pro, is telling me not connected.

Almost good but has some easily fixable clunkiness in the user experience. Here are three big issues: 1) Doesn't start with Android. Even though there is a setting "Start with Android," the app doesn't start until it is manually opened. If you turn on your phone, you won't get phone calls (at least VOIP calls) until you manually open the app as well. 2) Can't text from "Contacts." When you go to Contacts and select a person, the app dials the phone for a voice call - there is no choice or opportunity to text the contact. UGH! 3) I'm also not sure that the "Rewrite" works with texting. If you have a phone number without a country code, I'm not confident that the app is adding the country code before texting. I tried the Beta version as well. It is better in come aspects but still has these issues as well. I have a hard time seeing why these easy to fix and obvious issues are in the finished product. All one would have to do is compare the functionality against the built-in Android messaging and phone apps.

I cannot recommend anyone use this software. The software continuously fails to register with the VOIP server (without providing any notification, so you can know when you have no phone service). I tried working with their support team, but support is only offered via email, and they take 3 days or more to respond. It's simply unacceptable for a product you pay $35 for.

When dialing a number, the app recognises spaces and brackets as digits, so you can never make a call straight from Android contacts (which automatically puts spaces) or from the net without first manually editing it. Also, if on a call and you leave the call screen, it won't let you back to it to end the call, put it on speaker etc. It takes you back to the dialer and doesn't recognise it's on a call.

This update has obscured the normal things so much that i feel i have no control over it. I reverted to a previous version because things have been changed to radically with the ui and it seems my desired controls have been changed too radically. I won't update because the contolls are completely different. I ran the app, but with the update, didn't have a clue how to do what I wanted.

Hi developer thank you for all the replies 2 questions. I have just got an LG G6 running Android 7 and I am finding that the little notification green tick top left hand corner stays on in green even when there is no mobile connectivity or on airplane mode. This notification icon used to just go off when there was no network. Please help. Cheers :)

Sometimes I answer the phone, no-one can hear me, but for the most part, it works pretty well. I use it a lot while living in China. It works well there.

Doesn't keep call log seperate from phones' call log.

Great sound. Simple to set up.

Great app for home and lite business use.

Better echo cancellation than the free version. :)

Bluetooth integration is a little touchy, but great app.
