Zoho Connect

It's okay...good concept but it's like they stopped working on it. No phone support or extension to Zoho connect..lacks the integration with their own products and no customizable dashboard. Has potential.

Overall app is good. Major features like editing post, changing profile picture is required. Please incorporate these features. ASAP.

Disclosure: I work for Zoho. I was using Workplace by Facebook in my old work place and honestly, after using Zoho Connect for a month, I love the UI more than Facebook's. (Familiarity breeds contempt?) Zoho connect is feature rich, the UI is clean and fuss free. What I love in Zoho Connect is, unlike Workplace by Facebook, the timeline of a person covers not just what she posts but also her participation on others'. I'm confident this will make a very good social networking tool for workspaces.

The Web version is amazing and the Android app is pretty good! It crashes on me from time to time which is why I rated it 4 stars, but I love the interface and full functionality

To be honest I top rated it not because I work for Zoho but the products are really good and they deserve it. If you talk about Mail connect or anything. I know how much effort we are putting in each product and security and data accessibility was our main concern.

It would be better if there were more options for notifications beside mute and unmite. I'd like to be notified when I am tagged, whenever someone I'm following posts an update, when someone posts to Amy group I am in or any page I'm following as well as when I am tagged in a post or get a message. More notifications please

This is my second review as the first mysteriously disappeared... This app has a long way to go before it's truly usable. Status updates work but that's about it. No forums out blogs, no integration with the share feature, links get double slashed... As the full web app, this app is still very much in beta. --- UPDATE: ok so 10 months later I had a response from Zoho, telling me that they have updated the app. So... the name's changed. Links don't get double slashed anymore, that's good. But, here's what I don't get: how come an app that's DESIGNED for sharing (we use it as our corporate social network) STILL doesn't integrate with the native Android share?!? Come on, it's like you're TRYING to annoy users.

When combined with the android speech to text feature, you have a tool for field employees that will save time and money. Zoho Pulse is the final piece needed to complete a next generation cloud suite for SMB's. Keep up the great work and I would recommend this to all Zoho users.!
