This is probably the worst app in the Zoho suite. I love the other apps, this one needs work. Sad I'll have to use an app from another provider. Would have loved to run everything on Zoho.
Ridiculously slow and annoying. I can't work as fast as I used to. Please fix it.

It doesn't sync very well, tbreads are constantly showing as fully loaded but missing sometimes days of content. Even a manual refresh won't force it. Unreliable.
This app would be tons better if it could have two of the most used functions in the web version of Zoho Support - Spam ticket and Merge Ticket function are STILL missing!
Simple and basic almost to the point of useless. No Tasks, no Contact or Account Management, just simple ticket functions. Will shortly be uninstalling and sticking to the web version unless this is made much more user friendly!
I like the fact I don't have to open up my pc to manage a ticket. Would like to see more functionality/interactive in the future.
Seems to work fine but push notifications don't work. When I manually go into the app and look at notifications I can only see really old ones and nothing recent?
I emailed support with no response and it's been a week.
Bought this app to use in conjunction with the zoho crm. There's absolutely no support and the app is rudimentary. Uninstalled & cancelled subscription to this particular service.

Works as it should and has most needed features
Works as described, easy to use.
I am the only person managing the support desk. I only get a notification of it is something I am assigned to. I need a push notification anytime a new ticket comes in. If I get that, then 5 stars.
When a new ticket is created on desktop, push notifications do not work on any devices.
When I click open new ticket, it crashes, hopefully there is a fix soon.
Does OK at viewing tickets, but crashes every time I try to edit a ticket or create a new one. Submitted crash reports for both edit & new ticket crashes. Galaxy S5 on AT&T with 4.4.2, fwiw.
