Zoho Projects for Android
Mobile screen..kku ok
This app went from 2* to 4* with the new update. No crash yet on Samsung Galaxy J7. Everything is more user friendly and more like the web version. Still room for improvement but kudos to the Zoho team for fixing a trainwreck app!
It would be nice if I could sort tasks by name, and add more than one project. Currently getting an error message when I try to add a second project.
As the senior-most manager to a multilevel, multipart project (over $1M in costs), this interface has zero value to me. The desktop app is somewhat better. Still, this is a program and app designed by software "engineers" and NOT by project managers. These engineers have had zero, if any, real input from project managers with in-depth skill. I'd guess these software developers spoke to millennial project managers that never really learned how to manage a project well. Although I have not found any good software in this space, I cannot recommend this app or desktop software. Will be deleting the useless phone app. "Swing and a miss!" If you use the desktop software, my entire team agrees there is zero value in the phone app - even the millennials.
I am not able to open the documents attached in projects. Whenever i am clicking on document or spreadsheet, it says it can not open the file.

I used it on my previous phone to plan and execute a previous project. Now I want to start a new project. But I find the old project name still there and I can't change it or start a new project.

The app works nice. One feature request: please include 'My today's agenda' which contains list of tasks plus overdue, as a home screen item. Currently it is available only as a notification in the morning at 9am. So, after view it if we press back there is no way to get it back!
Guys I have updated the app version..There is some thing I am not sure of...How can I add 3:30 in my log hours... If is is not available I would appreciate it if u add it

Where is timesheet in the new app?
It is missing a lot of features that would make this app helpful. Filtering tasks and feeds across projects becomes a chore because the filters reset once you go to a new link. Cannot view or edit descriptions for projects. It's something but it can be better.
The app is so simple that it helps a lot for me. The team is really fast at replying for concerns. I request that it would be of great help if there was an option of "All my tasks" or "All Projects" in timesheet tab, so I can see my efforts for 1 day at once, instead of going to all projects and calculating them.
Looks nice overall but has many bugs that make it difficult to trust. When I add a task from the app I set a due date and it doesn't show. tried multiple times on multiple devices. Sometimes the app won't refresh and I need to clear data and cache. Very Frustrating.
Hi, I am not able to add time for past date. Its shows current date only. If I tap I don't get change date or keyboard open.
The app would be helpful if the tasks and milestones would sync with the web data. I added 50 ish tasks on Web and only 7 show up in the app.
This is definitely designed to be used with other Zoho products. Some questionable interface decisions and performance issues are also present.
It does not give me project t create option also. When do we have projects in mobile app
There are lot of things that do not show on app. Task list, notes, these two do not show in app.
Bug tracker missing. Not able view bugs from feeds which shows bug raised.. in Android app.
I am using zoho project website and app also, but it is website is damn slow.
Not able to see filled timesheets for particular project.

We use zoho in our office for project management and below are the limitations we have. 1. *.MPP(ms projects) file cant be exported from the plan once imported from the same format. 2. Task report is very clumsy, no simple tracking like Baseline vs Current status. 3.One of the main parts of the project is Budget and no option to track project budget or no option to project current budget status, all companies may not be having same business model.
This app needs a lot of attention. Navigation is not intuitive and everything is hard to understand. This is simply unusable in its current form and frustrating when compared to functionality of the desktop version. Awful.
As a manager I need to see all milestones, tasks, not only those assigned to me. Also assignment drop down won't work on mobile devices (Android - Chrome)
This app needs to be rebuilt. No notification, no auto refresh, not user friendly, no option for minutes of meeting. too complicated.

Wish it had way to look at bugs in addition to tasks. Really needs way to view tickets. Private comments would be great too. Getting better needs ability to view bugs.
The app is pretty useless and has very few functions to manage a project, just to kind of check in tasks. My PM needs are actually basic-- just want to list tasks, set dependencies and durations, view as a ghantt, and maybe a little tracking but not even neccessary. Even the Web interface lacking-- either too simplified or overly complex-- too many clicks to enter project info swiftly
Not really useful. As a dev and PM I need to keep the testers in line and allow for commenting on bugs. You only have limited options and most are not accessible through the menu. Kind of disappointing as I like to do these kind of tasks between commutes etc.
I downloaded a document, edited, saved. Downloaded again and progress is gone. The app simply rewrtoe my document without even asking!!
I wish the app had more functions and sync better with the web based version of zoho projects. I created a new project with test tasks and everything online and it's still not showing up in the app. Also would be helpful to have the task sort keep my settings from the last time I changed it instead of reverting back to the default everytime I go back into my task list. Also would like to see Gantt brought into the app, even if it's just a read only version.

Want to Like, But ... I use Zoho Books and Zoho Expense. Great programs. Tried this vs Trello, which I use every day. Biggest disadvantage, so far, is project-per-color cannot be assigned. Huge issue. Please fix that, Zoho. Also, add more YouTube videos. Helps.
