Zoho CRM for Android
Have asked for 2 or so years about this feature that they took away. For tasks, date scroller is a pain and makes the app unusable for me. Say you do your sales call every Thursday. Customer says, call me in six weeks time..good luck figuring out what date to put in. You have to look up an external calendar to see when that date falls then to go back to the app. What about to close a sale, you have a final meeting in 3 weeks on a Friday. What date is that? With the date scroller giving no reference to the day, have got to count the days out in your head. Simple fix, but tasks are one of the biggest things to get done when on the road. I now use the mobile site instead of this app.

None of my information syncs to my phone at all. I don't see my contacts, recent invoices.. nothing. VERY disappointed. I have the most recent version of the app. When will this be updated?
An invaluable link to my customer DB that I use daily. I love how it monitors phone calls and prompts me to take notes after the call ends so I can track activity.
Typical, error 500... Cannot sign in with Google Credentials.. One day somebody will get this right, /sigh
Can't even create and signin. Error prone seems!

Priced optimally this CRM app could become a must have once get used to it.

A lot of limitations and it's hard to view custom views on a mobile...
The application doesn't support Tablet screens in landscape orientation, which is frustrating, because I know for a fact that their ipad app does. Yet another example of where android users are an afterthought. It's a shame too, because the overall Zoho platform is great. This is just terrible UX.
Nice App. I am facing one Issue. While converting Lead from Mobile App, option of adding the new lead to the existing "Account" is not available. If putting the same name in the "Account" field while creating the Lead and then "Convert" lead, it creates new "Account" with the same name.
I have this app on my phone, but would be great if my Tablet would support landscape feature...hope this happens soon...
App doesn't have a landscape mode. They need a version for tablet screens, not just phones. I mostly use the desktop version, I'd like a tablet version to mimic that.

Brilliant. Allowed me to compete with the leading players in my industry, but at a fraction of the cost. Well done Zoho.

I love many of the Zoho apps. This one disappointed me. I wanted to use Zoho CRM plus for myself, while having my employees use the standard version. When I discussed the plans over the phone, I was told this was possible, when in reality it is not. Zoho is leaving money on the table by not allowing businesses to buy the plans that cater to individual employees needs. Really disappointing.
Works good. I would like it more if you could create custom views from the app like you can on a desktop. I use it for my tablet to make calls to clients when I am on the go. Works great.
Was critical of other reviews saying the login was an issue. Sure enough, same problem. Imaging how many issues this software has if theu can't even get the login right.
Not funtuinal, very hard to use, you can not assign task and stay in top of them and the time lines, I haven't find yet a good CRM, work on this app because the frame work is good but not yet user friendly.
This ap doesnt do all Id like, but I really liked it until today. Today's list of tasks suddenly all appeared as completed, which they werent. Very frustrating.
Just installed the app. It crashes every time I open it. Since it's not working, I will uninstall it.
It's the greatest thing ever for every marketer, everything you need to organize your day, month, year and get the utmost results which is the sales
Won't recommend to anyone. They were to fix their Zoho CRM. Haven't done yet.

Pathetic modules
Device is Nexus 6P on Nougat, with Zoho CRM Pro account. This used to be a great app, but it has suffered a slow but noticeable decline in usability since late 2016. I can (almost) live with the constant crashes, but what i cannot deal with is not being able to search the CRM. Searching for anything (contact, account, potential, etc.) will either crash the app or will take more than a MINUTE to display the search results. It doesnt matter if I'm connected to WiFi or LTE -- searching takes FOREVER. I have removed/reinstalled the app but the problem persists. I am now looking to move to a new CRM because I can't live without a mobile version of my CRM.
Though my admin have given me access for my mobile "USER_NOT_ACTIVE" .. this is the error i am facing.. couldnt log in from my device. Working fine with my desktop. Please help
Very poor. After install this I am waiting for login screen UpTo 15 mins with 40 Mbps speed internet. But I can't get login page itself
I love it and very proud of using an app born in Tamil Nadu as well!

I have used a very good credit marketing system for the last 12 yrs. However, the changes in tech have made it old and clunky. This system, once designed to your needs, is incredible. This is the first app I have seen that makes it so easy to import contacts from phone and to actually function like the desktop version. Great job!
