Card Scanner

Cannot focus and takes the picture blurry everytime. Have to fix/update all information everytime. Might as well just manually enter it myself. Need option to send capture to team of people to accurately enter info. Will slow down getting entered but, would be a fantastic option as most other companies and CRM apps have done.

I pay for zoho crm and hated that I had to pay .99 for the card scanner but did it anyway because I was told it would immediately sync to zoho. It not only didn't sync immediately, it didn't sync at all. I will request a refund.

Significantly better than I expected, especially after reading reviews. It isn't perfect, but considering the number of fonts, the colors and the variance in layout, it is quite good.

This is a third class paid scanner... Tried to scan more than 50 cards it doesn't even recognise one card... Forget card it doesn't even recognise a character...

Crappy OCR, never gets anything right. Lots of manual corrections required. Rather use other apps with good OCR and import with excel.

My Samsung galaxy S7 keeps telling me that this app is draining my battery by 2% per hour, after I just use it once.

Can't connect to my Zoho account using the settings -> login to Zoho. Some sort of Oauth error. Disappointing

Good if you use Manual mode. But photo is no showing in the phone Zohocrm or desktop.

Many apps are not available for tablets and this should be one of them. The camera doesn't auto focus and I didn't know until I paid for a useless app. None of the info will enter in the fields bc it won't read any of the cards using a new Samsung Tablet.

Very good better than other scanners used. Need to take a clear image for accurate reading...

great integration wirh zoho crm

I am uploading hundreds of cards to Zoho. Come to find out in I'm running through to check them and the phone numbers are all wrong and Idk where they are getting these numbers I thought this app would help but it's doubling my work!!

Some of the reviews gave me hesitation, but this is working perfectly for me. Far beyond expectation.

This is awful. Every card I scanned I had to redo the information or put it in entirely. First name is the entire name. This app took three times as long as it did before without the app. I hoped it would be like so many of Zoho's other great products. Total Disappointment.

I wanted something to link to Zoho CRM. It does that, although it rather unhelpfully removes the spaces in the contact's name and company name - so Jack Robinson of Alpha Beta Limited becomes JackRobinson of AlphaBetaLimited. Not very helpful. The developer responded 2 weeks ago to say that they have "identified the issue and are analysing it with priority". If this gets fixed, I will review again...

This is hard to use, and I need to use it because the one I was using isn't syncing correctly and I need to get my data into Zoho CRM. Developers, I hope you're listening. Here's what you need to change: When editing, (1) I can't see the cursor. For goodness sake, this is basic. Make the cursor visible so I know where it is. (2) show an enlarged image of the card I scanned, and let me move it around and enlarge it using swipe motions. (3) have an x next to a field so I can delete it because that's just smart, and your capture technology isn't the best, so I have to delete a lot. (4) Let me edit a field on the same screen -- do not pop up another screen for me to edit. That's annoying. Even more annoying is when the other screen pops up and I delete the text, tap done, and it goes back to the edit screen with the same text that I just tried to delete. (5) Your text capturing tech needs to improve dramatically. I end up typing in almost all the information from the card, which completely defeats the point of using your app.

Little discourage with this app. Not as good as other scanners. Does not capture all the information correctly.

Meh. It was only $0.99 so I shouldn't expect too much. The reader takes the order too literal when filling in the blanks in app. Too much rearranging necessary and a lot of word editing. Also, can not edit at all the top 'blocks' of information. Some need to be removed with some of my leads and I am not able to. Also not able to change how the name appears in the Card Scanner list. I'm giving it a 'Just Ok', but it's a little less than that though not quite a 'Didn't Like It'. I usually have to use a different card scanner app then import from my contacts. Shouldn't have to do that most of the time; maybe some of the time or rarely, but not Most.

Great tool for 1.11 EUR! Simple, quick and does the job... Not sure why it's got such a bad score. I've tried other tools and they were really slow. Thumbs up.

piece of crap, don't waste 4.99 use Full Contact's card scanner, takes a bit of time to transcribe but ACTUALLY captured data, & ACTUALLY gets it right 90% of time. Full contact's card reader is FREE & PERFECTION. I figured - eh I'll try it for the 4.99 - its a waste...save your money and frustration. *Update since contact*Thank you for reaching out to me. But I want the scan, of both sides, to be saved, so I can refer back to it in Zoho CRM. They need to realize, that scanning a card in your mobile office (car) can be a huge time saver. Shame they don't get it.

My review remains the same, in control testing across two different devices when all variables were equal. Zoho was 75-90% INaccurate. Full contact's (FREE) card scanner app was 90% accurate. Despite the integration to your CRM I am using full contact's app.

Waste of money! Great idea but functionality is awful it can' barely read any card

Doesn't add the info to the correct field half of the time and I spend just as much time editing incorrect information as I would have spent entering it. Also won't sync with Zoho CRM app.
