I had asked for a 12 hour patient attendant on 12th and after inquiring twice got a call at 11pm to inform same will not be available as the coordinator is unwell? We agreed to have him book a helper for 14th 8am. On 14th at 08:30am again get a call saying coordinator and attendant running late as it's first day! They are charging ₹650/ for a12hour attendant and yet service is very unreliable.
