Zocdoc: Find & book a doctor

Search always comes up with zero doctors. App failed to do the one thing it was designed for.

I scheduled an eye doctor appointment, filled out all of the necessary paperwork, and even received a confirmation from Zocdoc. When I showed up at my appointment however, they had no record of me scheduling one. The office expressed their frustration with this app, saying that it has happened many times. Don't bother downloading Zocdoc.

The bad thing is that, for past appointments, it does not list the year the appointment was made, only the month and day. Seems like it could be an easy enhancement to the app.

What can I say, they're just wonderful. I'm 66 yrs. Old and needed a lot of attention. Not only in one area. My spine was the first priority, my neck then muscles hurt a great deal. She has every area covered. Well staffed and well manored. I highly recommend her and staff.

The app does not work on LineageOS 14.1 on Moto X Pure. I use ZocDoc for scheduling my appointments but somehow it doesn't play well with this ROM. This rating is for the app only and not the service.

all of the times on the app to schedule an appointment are never accurate and if a person needs to be referred to be seen that should b listed as well before booking the appointment​

I can't believe it took me this long to download this app. It's easy to use and even prompts you when you need to leave hour current destination to get to your appointment on time. GENIUS APP

I am a bit confused, I put in my location and type of Dr. I am seeking, but no results were ever found.

I love the idea tht yu can make appts in the comfort of your own home. And also the reviews are very important..

Functional and efficient. . Makes finding and booking easy. Get reminders on my phone. Not too many, just enough and timely .

Can not change your review so if the Dr was okay at first but later his opinion was wrong , you can not change the review.

Can not delete doctors. Can not Internist search doctors by name. Can not add doctors not on the list. Can not search for Internist. Can not search for appointment other than current date

Great app! It's so much easier to use & you know what appts are available.

Good app to search nearby doctors for insurance based

9 months later and the app/service is still as useless for suburban subscribers as it was the day it rolled out. If you live anywhere outside the confines of NYC be prepared to only see doctor listings inside NYC. You're better off calling your insurance provider directly for the names and addresses of doctor's in your area.

First off, when selecting doctors near me with the GPS on, it only gave me the ones that were at least 12 miles away and much further when I know there are some just down the road. Then when selection your insurance plan and then looking for a doctor, I gives Mr a list of doctors that are supposedly not on out plan when I know they are. Another painful to use ap that should make our lives easier.

Good concept, works terribly. I like the idea of online booking, but there was constant errors, so I'm just going to have to call anyways. Pretty annoying.

I don't want to down the app so I put 4 stars for me it's a 3 star app It's hard to find what I'm looking for when it's wanting me to pick a book date and not knowingly when the doc would be in keeps making errs were it's hard to navigate it

This made finding a doctor within my network so easy. I made an appointment and filled out new patient information already. I'm all set for my first appointment. Thanks! I had a hard time finding a gyno within my network before this. Easy to use with a decent database.

Zocdoc is inaccurate about insurance companies and plans accepted

It isn't kept up to date on which doctors accept specific types of insurance. It will say that my specific insurance is accepted, then every appointment I make gets cancelled because they don't accept my insurance. Come on people, it's not that flipping hard to keep that sort of information up to date. Otherwise, it would be a most awesome app...

I don't like this app. I knew the doctor I wanted but it kept taking me to the page to select a doc. It was not responsive to my needs and I had a hard time getting what I wanted. It was a frustrating experience.

I asked for a dermatologist and it shows me a gynecologist. I ask for a doctor I can see tomorrow and it lists doctors that don't have openings until next week?
