App was easy to setup with QR code from NVR unit. UPNP worked great with my linksys router so I didn't even have to manually setup the port forwarding to get to work outside my LAN. Won't let me save motion alert pict to phone so I can semd in email for security issue. I was impressed with feature to go back and review video from a previous period from a certain camera. Biggest complaint is I cant slide across to a specific time without it jumping all over the place

I get my push alerts but it won't let me see them. It shows how many push alerts I have but can't view the photos. Update well that issue was fixed. Now I very seldom get my push alerts. I was thinking of getting another camera system but now I've decided not to get one that uses this app. Today is May 25th 2017. Can anybody tell me why this app works while I am at home where my cameras are but once I am on the road I am not able to view my cameras. I used to be able to view them when I'm on the road but now I can't. It says it's connected but it will not let me view the cameras.

I bought a camera system with 1 DVR + 4 cameras. Work great when first installed. After I won't be able to connect to mouse remotely. I must be on my own router to connect. Why having it? I won't recommend zmodo camera system. At the begining all work great then it start to deteriorate and you will find no online support. There is a blog where the iwner5 are trying to find their own solutions

Very slow. When using my android clicking between cameras it when clicking back on a camera I just looked at, it can't find the camera... then you click another camera but it takes 10 - 15 seconds to load a camera every time you change. I was using a different system and I genuinely believe that system was 3 times better. They need to fix this issue...

Cannot view my camera when away from home using 4G. Says it too slow but I know both my 4G and WiFi is more than good enough. For everyone having the same problem do not give up on this awesome camera's, download MeShare App and login with same details works perfectly and can view in HD remotely too. Also much better App UI.

Since the latest upgrade this apps simply is useless. No recordings. I cant even view anything. When i am away from hone, i cant even connect. Recordings available is 5 to 6 hours earlier. No longer records all coming and going from the doors... It is a real waste... Tried disconnecting and re connecting...disuntalling and re installing apps camera wifi... No change!!!!!

Everything worked fine until a few months ago. It stopped giving alarm notification. Used to get still photos on alarm events. Not anymore. Please fix. Nothing changed on my end. 2-1-17. Now hardly anything works. Hopefully with all the negative reviews they will fix the problem. Somehow i doubt it because nothing has happened. At least put whatever back to were things work until these problems can be fixed. If they have any customers left by them. PLEASE PUT THE OLDER VERSION BACK. IT WORKED. THE UPDATE IS USELESS.

Now it won't display the individual cameras on certain networks. According to reviews it has something to do with the cameras timing out. Installed zmodo and it works. But those reviews say the same thing. I have contacted support with no response. Looks like the wrecked their app with the update.

Extremely slow from what it used to be. On a slower net connection i could connect from work and other countries. But now unless i run a cable out my window to it, i can't even connect from my own house let alone another building... Needs an upgrade ASAP otherwise its rather redundant and a hollow deterrent.

Cameras use to connect swiftly. Takes forever. Alot of times it times out and won't connect.PTZ controls does not work anymore at all. Used to recommend Zmodo products but not anymore unless this is fixed soon. Don't want to give up on ZMODO. This app used to be the best. Please revert back to the old one. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!!!!!

The app was working great without any problems. Now I can't even login. It keeps saying network error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same problem. Waste of money on cameras if the app doesn't work!

Can't watch multiple cameras at once, currenty can't watch anything without being connected to Wi-Fi. Slow between switching cameras. Pinpointing a specific time to play back is nearly impossible. Selecting a time would be better. A year ago or so i could add viewers via email, not anymore. Bummed about that. Be could if you could display or not display certain cameras. Sharing just one specific camera to someone would be ideal, so i can share with neighbors, without sharing all cameras.

Unable to view cameras when not on home wifi network as "the Internet connection speed is too slow". However it works fine with the Meshare app so it must be a problem with this app. Also the amount of alerts that are saved has now been limited unless you pay for cloud storage. I do not recommend these cameras.

Worst then internet dial up from 90s. Crashes 90% of time, slow, can't see multiple cameras as active at same time like some other cam apps. Wish could be better but my cameras only take this app.

Since I install the app I'm having problems. When I'm outside and go to the app to watch what's happen around my house, my camera system it's not in my account. Please update the app and fix the problem. You know that I'm not the only one. Still have the problem

This app only let me see my cameras when i am on the same wifi. I use to be able to see it from anywhere. I have 4G internet service on my phone. I have uninstalled this app and reinstailled, restared my device. My husband has the same problem on his device. It started last week. So it makes this app useless. I wifi i currently up. Other devices are working fine. I have emailed the creator.

There was some kind of "update" And noe I can't even check my cameras from the app.. this app is useless. It worked for less than a uear.. fix the problems.. the whole reason we purchased cameras was to see what's going on at home when I am not there..

Camera clarity not that good, doesn't pick up motion pictures like it should. Live feed is very hit and miss, and every time they upgrade the system gets worse. If it wasn't for all the work i would have to do, i would change to something else.

Its great when it actually works. Camera access repeatedly goes down. Have had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times. Starting to get sick of the hassle. More trouble than it's worth really.

App is slow, time is out, doesn't show all alerts only last 5 or so. Really needs an update or overhall. Does anyone know of another app?? I can use. Please recommend in your review.

This app worked great when I first got it about 2 years ago. When trying to monitor my cameras it displays "the internet connection speed is too slow but if I connect to WiFi I can view my system. I don't want to stay on WiFi so please fix the problem

This app used to be awesome . I could check my cameras anywhere on my mobile internet , but for the past few months it only works on wifi. What happened ? Need a severe update to fix this problem .

When I first got this app a couple years ago but was great. But now I'm changing my rating to one star. This app sucks. Constant abnormal error, freezing, not logging in, etc. Sketchy at best. Junk junk junk. I need to find another app for my camera now as this one sucks.

Camera's are great, and good picture....when it works. Constantly timing out, abnormal network, etc. Android phone receive no notifications when app is off, while iPhone does. Good product in the camera, terrible backend support making it useless to rely on.

Used to work perfectly but pure junk since the update. Unfortunately I'll have to junk my Zmodo camera and go with something newer. Apparently they don't care cuz everyone is complaining and I haven't seen a response. BYE BYE ZMODO!!

This app is garbage. Can't check the cameras when you are not connected to your home wifi. Install ZMODO app and log in with the same username, password and it works fine. And you can check your cameras live when you are away from home. Good luck everyone!

It won't set the right time, no support (i.e. sat on chat for 10 minutes with no response), constant video freeze, and doesn't monitor well (missing feed). Returned product for better diy security system.

Cheap for a reason because it hardly EVER works and when it does work it lags a lot. My WiFi is awesome and this device cant find it. The entire house is linked to my WiFi but this poece of crap wont work on it.

The point of getting this system was to be able to view cameras remotely. But this app only works while connected to the wifi attched to the cameras. What a waste of money!

Terrible app! It's not working due to slow data or something. Never had this issue after having this device for 2 years.

Cameras are mostly showing as if they were disconnected; which is an App Issue. I am able to see my Cameras Online, via a PC, on Google Chrome, running Windows 7 and 10.

Cant get hd or ptz to work over the internet anymore.it only works on the wifi at home now.there bug fixes pretty much destroyed the user experience.its an app problem not a phone or speed problem because my wifi is slower than my phone internet speed.

OK so you finally updated the app...which never prompted me for an update, not even sure if im using the updated app..still cant hear or talk when I try to it just says unknown error. Time an date always changes and good luck getting notifications or even seeing a camera away from home..frustrating

{Use the other app this one is out of date} When I install my camera system 8 months ago the app worked great. Now after 6 months it no longer will show the cameras live unless I'm on Wi-Fi with it. It seems that the app hasn't been updated in almost a year and it's not compatible with Android 6 (marshmallow).

I been using this app for about a year or so now. Everything is working just fine,no complaint.But once I did the update everything became disaster. Now I can't view my recorded film. Nor can't set the quality of the camera when I use to be able to.

Use zmodo by this same company. It works great. Also for anyone who is having issues getting connected to wifi make sure you're on 2.4ghz not 5 and let it try to connect longer than what it "times out" . The light will turn solid blue then go and hit discovery it should show the new device.

Meshare is a better app. Both are shaky but Meshare works better. One month later . . . This app has started to develop more bugs. Has begun to crash on a daily basis and will no longer switch video quality. App is locked into LD as will not allow switching to HD.

Had been using this a few months and it worked awesome. Since a few days ago it has completely crapped the bed and now is completely non-functional. Can't connect.. Can't do anything. Total garbage and i want a refund on the camera now

Will not work outside of my home off of my Wi-Fi I got the app and the camera system to be able to remotely view from anywhere that I wanted to and it doesn't work what a waste of money what a waste of time trying to put all this crap together for nothing please fix this crappy app

Can't view the cameras on my smart phone unless I am at home. I got the app for remote viewing.. I can see who is at my house when I am home by looking out the window. No need for some worthless app. Fix the remote viewing
