This application will let you check nutrition facts for nearly all foods available on the market.
It displays amount of calories and other ingredients like fat, protein, carbohydrate etc.
You can customize it with different serving amounts.
It will calculate your individual BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), that is used to find out your personal Recommended Daily Intake for each of the foods ingredients.
You can track your daily consumption, your weight changes and your BMI (Body Mass Index - indicator of correct body mass).
All these values can be tracked over time and visualized on colorful charts.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use, save favorite foods, good selection in the database. No having to create a user profile and connect with "friends" no nonsense, just whats needed to do the job well. Thanks so much for this app! BUT it's a day behind. Today's food is added to yesterday's date. Can't make it stop doing this. 5 stars without this issue.
