This is the best app I've found for collating a full range of medical observations you might do at home. Including Blood pressure, Heart rate, Blood glucose and oxygen saturation. It also calculates Pulse pressure and Mean Arterial Pressure which can be important for spotting heart problems. It's got really impressive and comprehensive information analysis and management like separating readings by time of day etc but I'd like to see slightly easier/clearer graphic display of systolic and diastolic readings on the phone. Haven't tried the printouts yet. Maybe clearer. Thank you for this great app.

This is a great app that helps to track and monitor changes in blood pressure, heart pulse and %SpO2 in the blood. Highly recommended. Update after 7 months of usage: I'm off the blood pressure medication. Tracking my numbers daily allowed my doctor to see my progress. I sent her screen shots of my graph. At first the dosage was reduced, and since December 1st, I'm drug free. I'm tracking now twice a day to make sure things are going well. Thank you for this app.

I really like this app and used it on a daily basis. I'll continue to use it to check my history and just keep an easy log of my numbers. I don't like it as much anymore because when reviewing my history, my entries did not match how it kept track of daily percentages. For example, it said I never had stage one hypertension on a Friday, 0%. When in reality, I have several entries where I added stage 1 hypertension range numbers. I'm just concerned with the accuracy of the analytics

Easiest data entry! I have since purchased a Bluetooth enabled sphygmomanometer but still use this app because it is so quick & effortless. Allows quick and easy entry of BP, pulse, weight, O2, glucose. Good display and easy export/sharing in multiple formats. User-defined tags can be used to record customized data. PROBLEM: CSV export is messed up. FIXED. Developer responded and fixed.

I'm in Healthcare and train nurses on waveform morphology and cardiopulmonary issues and bedside monitoring. I use this app daily professionally and also personally. In fact I'm seeing a cardiologist next week and I'm bringing in all my data from this app with me. Thank you so much. P. S. Been trying for 2.days to email a report and print out to take to my doc but can't get it to work successfully. Please help.

Nice interface and easy entry, but I want/need something with automatic data sync. (I lost a year's worth of readings when I switched phones and forgot to save a CSV export before the switch.) Plus, I'd really like to be able to view the same data across phone/tablet/PC. At a minimum, give me an automatic upload to gDrive everytine I close the app. Add some or all of that, and this is a 5-star winner.

Thanks, very easy to use and meets all my needs. The automatic reports are awesome. (Automatic sync and backup would also be useful, just a suggestion. I don't mind manually backing up my data though, as long as I get such a quality product for free.) 5 stars, obviously.

It's good and does everything it says well, but i will only upgrade to paid version and give 5 stars when this app gets at minimum saving of data to Google drive or Dropbox, and ideally integrate to health apps like Google fit. Been waiting two years for this and still haven't seen it

I have spent literally days trying different apps. This application is the best free app I've ever seen! Very few ads and a wonderful UI. The extra perks of e-mailing your data to you in a concise and accurate breakdown, preset tags, auto input, etc are very good reasons to give it a try. This app also can record your weight loss, blood sugar levels and O2 eliminating the need for three extra applications on your phone. This application can be transferred to the SD card. I never review any app with this much enthusiasm but the creators deserve it.

Best BP App to date. Being Type 1 Diabetic while in Renal & Heart Failure tracking my blood presure is crucial. Being able to see averages, percentages, tags (meds, exercise, if my my blood sugar is higgh or low at the time, etc. ) and being able to email my dr weekly makes staying on top of my health much easier. Highly recommended!!

My doctor changed my BP meds one week ago. I wanted to keep track of my results from the nre med. and this app does it well. Tracks systolic/dystolic, other factors like location of cuff, weather, bodyweight, etc... Lots of data for your doctor to review. Helps keep health in check. Awesome App!!

This free app actually saved my life. I recorded all readings from my BP meter, including everything I ate from 25 October 2026, to 27 November 2016, and showed it to my nurse who was able to determine the source of my high elevation in my BP. I will donate big to the developer of this app. Thank you!

Very easy to use and understand. Can pay small fee to eliminate ads but they are hardly noticable at very bottom of screen. Easy to enter numbers and see history. Will be great to show my doctor, who wants me to keep a daily diary.

This app has made my life so much easier! No more paper to keep up with is a wonderful thing. It is very easy to do and I am being much more diligent about taking my BP every day. Great app! I recommend it to everyone.

Easy entry of statistics , great output email and viewing of information in various formats. MINOR Problem when switching from portrait to landscape view though - it opens the new entry screen , a small annoyance on my LG Nexus 5X

I searched through the available apps and downloaded several but could not audit or modify anything as far as the numbers or meds. There was no place for comments either .Finally settled on this one and it could not be better. It is short, concise , perfect !

Awesome little app that allows me to easily track blood pressure and look at trends. Very straightforward Abe intuitive. The ads are barely noticeable, although I decided to pay the small fee for the ad free version to support the developer. Thank you! Highly recommended.

I have only downloaded this one BP logger don't need to try anymore this is perfect, does every thing one wants & is easy to use. Well worth the small payment to get rid of the ads. Just one thing can you make it so when exporting/backup you can save it to sd card, at the moment I go to the save location & copy the file to my sd card thanks.

EASY TO USE. Saved data and easily emailed to my health care team, very customizable comprehensive BP and heart function management tool. The abilty to share data in diff. formats with the different health care team members holds great value. There is 1 improvement I would like to see....Possible hybrid function for kidney issues, such as hydration/void tracking, other renal funtions tracking. I know this is asking alot. Thank you developers, awesome tool!

This app is awesome. It does everything I need, including some extras. I hate ads so the purchase option with no ads for 1.99 is a no brainer. The purchase option is in the ap. The app is very well written with no hiccups that I can see. The interface and navigation thru the app are splendid. Other app writers should take lessons from the writers of this ap. Absolutely beautiful. The only small suggestion I would ask for would be a choice of notification sounds. That said, this is perfect. Great job!

I have several different types of medical impairments and am on about thirty different medications for them and this app allows me to keep track of all of my vitals and about every other week send them to my primary physicians and myself in case I accidentally get my app on my cellphone deleted. This also allows me to touch base with my doctor without having to try to go through all of the nurses and office personnel that don't have a clue of what I am trying to get through to my doctor. The comments(great)

I've tried a lot of these and i do like this one the best. It's quick, simple and easy to use. BUT, I'm getting weary of the ads every time I want to close it. You have to exit out of the ad before you can close the app. That's enough to make my blood pressure spike

I had another blood pressure monitor app on another phone. It was not nearly as useful as this app. I use this in conjunction with a weight loss and exercise regime I've established. It has been exciting to see my blood pressure go from occasionally hypertension down to occasionally normal and still dropping. I'm not sure what effect what the weather has to do with blood pressure, but I track it along with all the other categories.

Found it that I am prehypertensive. Decided to track with a home cuff. My doctor, tone to get a new doctor didn't talk to me about tracking. I'm in my early forties and otherwise healthy and fit. So I haven't used any interaction with my doctor. I'm using it for myself. This app was easy to input. It is easy not to use features I doing need. I like the different ways you can display data.

Simple, intuitive, accurate , presentable, easy, to use and fullfill the purpose. From the time I started using it , I had a greater visibility over my readings at macro /micro level. I set the reminder on daily basis and made the commitment to do the reading. When I look back I can see the rise before changing the medicine or the rise when I ate a salty meal. Thanks for the great app

OK one more thing. I have been using this app for a long time now and found that when I switched to a new phone my data did not transferred over. Is there any way you guys can make this happen? I lost some of my past history. The good thing was that I transferred some of it, in the past, to my Doctor via email. But I'm lost for the past month. I still love the app

This little gem has been fantastic. It tracks my Bp and keeps it all in one place. Mine runs low, sometimes dangerously low. This helps me keep stats to give to my doc and in turn it helps with my treatment planning. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to keep track of their blood pressure for any reason. Simple, easy, accurate and extremely reliable.

It's simple, and it works great. It's easy to use with great analytics (for all of us nerds). It's easy to see your current blood pressure trend, and it doesn't take time to load anything! I use a manual sphygmomanometer so this app is critical for me to keep track of that pesky high blood pressure. Keep up the great work.

Having blood pressure issues my Dr told me to keep a strick record daily 3 times a day. This app is so easy to use. Love that it has a note section for each entry because I can note my pain level, stress level and more and the note stays with that recorded blood pressure entry. But be sure you have a good blood pressure machine so your entries are accurate. There hasn't been anything to pay for so far on this app. And there are very few ads, I see an ad maybe one every few days. I highly recommend.

Finding out I had high blood pressure was scary. Being told that I needed to check my pressure every day by my doctor was even scarier! With the reminder setting for my phone. I recorded the first 3 months on blood pressure medication and we were able to track and adjust my dosage to get everything on track.

I use it to collect and track BP and pulse several times a day. I use a battery operated cuff to do the measure. My doctor said that she did not have a way to put the info into her medical system. I hope she can at least use the excel export. I think she will like seeing some of the charts on my phone.

This app does just what it needs to. It logs your BP and pulse where you took it how you were positioned and your weight. Also allows notes. Can't ask for anything better. The history is nice logging all your data. You can input data several times a day. Very nice app!

Love this App. Well presented and user friendly. I will use it every day. Cannot email my results yet. IO error on my Nexus 5X. Please supply another way to upload data such as Drop Box. Thanks again Will it work properly if I donate ?

I love this app! Easy to use interface that allows me to enter my BP readings in seconds, and I can generate various reports and graphs to look at my data and spot trends. Wish list: that my weight data could be included on the graphs so that I can better see how my weight loss might be affecting BP readings.

Health Literacy is a concept that is finding its way into more and more healthcare scenarios. This app is a great example of how things start adapting to be more consumable. Could it be easier? Sure. But it is great for getting started and a huge leap forward in simple tracking and measuring of blood pressure over time. I'd love to see some nice standards out there for Bluetooth integration for devices and a better means of storing data across devices on a common EHR platform or at a minimum Google Docs vs. the bit of a "punt" for import/export. Definitely worth it and I even bought the paid version just to make it clear that while this could improve, it is a really strong effort.

Been using this for quite awhile. My PCP was quite impressed when I was able to show him why some of my readings were high due to the fact I ran out of meds (my fault). I was able to input notes. I just turned on the glucose part because I need to start tracking that. Just need to be able to add notes to my glucose readings.

This program is great at keeping track of my readings but anytime I try and email a report I get an i/o error. Anyone having these issues as well?
