紅牌行動全紀錄 人民舉紅牌、拒絕王張會！

6月25日，中國國台辦主任張志軍即將訪台，張此行為期四天，雖然宣稱此行目的是要探訪台灣民間、深入地方，但重頭戲其實是與陸委會主委王郁琦的二次「王張會」。

今年三、四月時，人民義勇上街，以肉身作為抵抗，佔領國會、政院與街頭，其中一項重要的訴求，就是要建立「兩岸協議監督機制」（簡稱：監督條例），杜絕過去兩岸政商聯盟密室協商、黑箱談判，人民與國會無法參與，傷害台灣國家與人民利益的弊病；並且要求在監督條例立法完成以前，兩岸不得再進行任何談判、協商。

但是，春天甫過，入夏的此時，兩岸協議監督條例的法制化，卻因為國民黨企圖搶奪審查主導權強渡政院版的「『不監』督條例」，不願讓在野黨主審，使得監督條例遲遲無法交付委員會審查。而距離立法完成路途仍然遙遠，張志軍此次來台，卻又要與王郁琦會面，進行「兩岸互設辦事處」、「馬習會」等重大政治性談判，罔顧人民的反對聲浪與訴求！

因此，反黑箱服貿民主陣線等多個公民團體發起【紅牌行動：人民舉紅牌、拒絕王張會】的行動，號召大家高舉紅牌，向「王張會」說不！

行動訴求：

一、 反對黑箱政治談判：兩岸協議監督條例立法前，拒絕召開王張會
二、 台灣前途自己決定，反對矮化主權的政治宣傳
三、 要求辦事處「普遍探視權」，拒絕模糊的空洞承諾


行動參與方式：
