I understand you give up a little with this app but I understand the need to keep sensitive data off user's phones. Looks like many are way too hard on this app compared to what I see on it. I've had a few issues but works fine for the most part.

D70%
by D####:

Very clumsy feeling UI. Often will require me to relaunch the app a second time and re-enter my password several times throughout answering emails.

D70%
by D####:

It's ok. But I really need to be able to view multiple calendars. Many issues, but only showing one calendar is my primary problem with it right now.

E70%
by E####:

As the IT Manager, I understand the security this type of app provides and why it's needed, even with some of the drawbacks. As as user, I absolutely detest this app. Very poorly executed. Constantly get the "No internet connection" message. Searching for e-mail doesn't seem to work at all. I haven't found a way to change the new message check timing, it appears to be push only. So my phone is constantly beeping at me 24/7. There are no quiet hours options so I can enjoy my time away from work. We have only implemented it for a few users, if my boss decides to push this on everybody we're going to get a lot of hate mail.

H70%
by H####:

Application allows you to view work emails securely. If account lockout is enabled and you change your password, it will ping the DC constantly until you get locked out, so make sure to set your phone to airplane mode before doing so.

L70%
by L####:

Always crashes and 8 times out of 10 states no internet available when clearly I am on wifi. Use for business to get email when away from desk but pretty unreliable.

D70%
by D####:

"Developer options must be disabled to run ZixOne." Should not be forced to disable developer options and lose functionality of one's phone in order to use your app.

U70%
by U####:

Crappy app which seems to be worsening. Have to constantly reinstall in order to access the menu bar. Ok for responding to e-mail but can't initiate an e-mail because the damn menu/task bar keeps disappearing. I hope my agency changes to another product.

Z70%
by Z####:

Viewing attachments is the biggest pain in the ass. You can't zoom fully or stay zoomed in. Pinch to zoom makes it switch back to page 1. Terrible design

D70%
by D####:

It constantly goes to the calendar then won't load and I have to uninstall and reinstall. The calendar function is lacking and viewing attachments is difficult. I have used several apps for accessing work emails and this is by far the worst.

D70%
by D####:

Seriously?! Why can't we have developer options? All I want is to keep my phone on while it is charging and disable animations... but apparently that's a security risk.

N70%

I wish I can this app a 0. Keeps saying internet not available.... It is a free app so I guess you get what you pay for.

R70%

Lacks the functionality of Touchdown and many other email apps. I fully understand why our company chose to use this from security standpoint, however it doesn't have any of the calendar functions I need. I can't set pre-event notifications, editing, deleting changing time or date of events...etc.etc. Let alone setting out of office. I do like the folder functionality and basic email handling is fine.

Insta-crash. N has officially released now and has been in beta for a long while, so why doesn't your app work with it?

S70%
by S####:

Dosn't work with Android 7.0, which was released Aug 22nd. I am now locked out of email until this app is fixed. The app also constantly crashes, and says there is no internet connection.

T70%
by T####:

Can you people work on it immediately, android N is released now and you still not trying to update your app?

T70%
by T####:

Updated to Android 7, can't open ZixOne, called their support, looks like a beta will be out in a week. If you are looking for some sort of MDM or secure email. Look somewhere else.

N70%
by N####:

Yeah, it's a way "to do BYOD", but my God, it is horrible. Swipe to delete sort of works, numerous unexplained crashes. In addition, updates to an appointment in Outlook do not always (almost never actually) get synched to the app. If your users had Touchdown or a full client and you force this on them, they will hate IT even more. I know, I'm in IT but our security department chose and then dictated this.

D70%
by D####:

Quite literally one of the worst apps ever made. If you're lucky enough to actually sign in without encountering "An unspecified error has occurred" you'll be faced with a "No Internet connect available" even when connected to WiFi or Data. I only use this app because this is the only way to access my work email from my personal device, however, this app's horrible defects, nondescript errors which never seem to be resolved, and poor interface design with zero usability. Could not recommend any less. If you are looking to use this for your company, prepare to have very angry employees.

K70%
by K####:

I have no choice but to use it as its what my company decided on. It shows no Internet when I am on WiFi. The reason it has so many downloads is because I have to reinstall it at least once a day if I am working because it goes to appointments and will not load or change pages. I only use the email function so I have no ideal about anything else.

C70%
by C####:

Absolutely terrible app. I'd say that I can actually open the app about 1 out of 10 times and that's being generous. Dealing with the app is inefficient and a complete waste of time.

H70%
by H####:

This application has to be uninstalled every time password is changed. Not only that, but it also messes up the login into pc. I am calmly told to "just uninstall" the app, like that is perfectly normal. Other than this nuisance, the app does what it is supposed to do.

T70%
by T####:

No internet, unspecified error, some of the few errors I constantly receive. I hate ZixOne. As of Android version 7 doesn't work at all. Losers

Z70%
by Z####:

When making a calendar event you can't set the notification time. It's defaulted at 15 minutes. If I knew this when we were vetting secure email options, it would have been a deal breaker. ZixOne response, “Hopefully this can be fixed on the next update.” That was several updates ago.

T70%
by T####:

Overall haven't really had any issues with the App, especially the last few versions and has been very stable on Android M. On that note though so far Android N instantly crashes the app.

Works good on a galaxy s5 as long as you're running lollipop. Icon is ugly as sin but the app works reliably for me. How about something a little less of an eye sore, zix?

P70%
by P####:

Won't open at times, the view and use isn't user-friendly, my calendar items usually don't show up, completely unreliable. Also, it doesn't work with your normal phone functions. For example, you have to exit photo gallery & be in Zix in order to attach pics, & it can't read your phone's contacts. It's simply a pain to use.

9 times out of 10, I can't sign in. If I do, folders won't show up. If I happen to get signed in and see my folders, then it works pretty well.
