Ziva is a beauty and wellness product that provides premium salon based services through a mobile platform. The Ziva mobile application will allow consumers to choose between looks that have been curated by creative stylists and can have those looks delivered at a Salon near them. The idea is to provide premium services to customers who need those services immediately. The app will provide customers with the convenience of getting ready for events such as a cocktail party, a wedding engagement, a night out with friends or an interview at a premium salon in their neighbourhood.

So I wanted to gift my Mom something and ziva solved it for me as I am not so much into beauty and don't understand it. I could choose and gift packages to my mom which she can use at enrich. Further this I am.using it for booking appointments at enrich as it saves me the waiting time. Solves a simple problem for people like me

Though the app is not very user friendly, the ziva teams is always available at your rescue.. But be reminded that free services at Kapil's Salon can be risky.. The Kapil's will handle you like free members only.. the so called graduate stylist I availed free otherwise costing Rs 575 plus taxes was careless and irregularly trimmed my hairs and made the head bald on a spot. After this serious blunder, the team was laughing and dint even apologized.
